Bathroom was not the greatest bit everything else was fine. Would have appreciated some international channels on TV as well. If if you just want a place to stay for the night this place is cheap and clean. Recommended for everyone without huge demands.

Clean. Breakfast is varied.
The specific smell after the repair is very persistent.

Basic but clean tidy and secure. Good space in room. Super value for money. Restaurant available but didn't use. Bit noisy if people talking very loud in room above or next door. Worth considering.

We spent the night transiting through Poland. Its two stars are very much justified. Two separate comfortable beds, a clean bathroom, a TV. And such a variety of dishes of breakfast and pleasant service have not been seen anywhere else.

Hotel Felix is stil a Hotel from the 70th How its showen on the internetsite is not real! Iff I can gif a star ranking it goes from 2 tot zero. Had room 413 for 4 days.
The bed (s) are very old the springs pussing the hole night on your body. The bathroom and toilet is terible! It smels and the toothpaste form other gasts you can find by the mirror. The door from the shower is so small and does'nt work. There is nothing like comfort an even a glas for spooling your mouth was'nt there. In 4 day nobody cleaned the room or make up the beds. The television did not worked. It is stil a Hotel for pour Polish people who accepts everything without any comlpains because it's cheap. There ware a lot of groups from schools so the breakfast was also bad. The plates knifes etc. Were wet. The choises also very pour. For me it was the first and the last time in that Hotel.

Cheap but coming washroom. Not so clean and away from city centrum.

Pleasant Hotel, personally I am satisfied with:-Reservation by phone (always loyal staff, speak Polish poorly) — cleanliness in the room (order always single).
— Guarded parking.
— Convenience (near shop and public transport).

A good hotel with excellent value for money, you need renovation of bathrooms but in general for such money in Europe with its own bathroom is a super offer, but remember that the distance from the center in an hour by public transport …

Everything is clean, but somehow there is no coziness, no TV, just a room with beds (for the price in the center of Krakow can be taken away. So if someone just to sleep, there is no problem, and so… Wi-Fi not available in the room.

The new renovation in the premises pleases though not very good but old furniture and the lack of some amenities in the room strongly upset. The shower and the sun-knot are combined and not repaired. The location is not very convenient for tourists.

The most horrible "hotel" you can ever imagine. Expensive, dirty, smelly place. The rooms are basically an extension of a left over hospital. Better to sleep on the railway station than stay here…

I only reserved this hotel because they had offered a parking. However, they did not inform that the parking is so small and limited. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no place in the parking. The girl in the reception had given an assurance that I could park my car in the street, in front of the hotel because it was a safe place. However, they stole my wheels. Incredible. I tried to talk with the manager about 4 times. He had never been there. They have always excuses and they did not call him. In the last time, they informed me that he would talk with me at 8 am in the reception. However, he did not appear and the reception did not give to me any support or helping. The hotel is very far from the city center and the neighborhood is very dangerous. The room is small and they did not clean them. Other guests complained to me that they were stolen near the hotel. dont stay in this place. I will sue them for this inconvenient.

Location is pretty secluded, about 20 minutes by car to the city centre. The area was not the best.

Simple hotel not far from the Centre still good value.
About 14 km from the Centre still well served by bus and tram.

Very bad! Dust and inconvenience.
Away from it all and malservito by public transport.
What you save coming in this dump, is spent with interests to move by taxi.
Avoid like the plague.
