I can't wait to be back here in summer 2018! I had a fantastic stay here at the end of October 2017. The rooms are really good with everything you need. I loved having a TV too — I couldn't understand any of the words being said but those police style TV shows were entertaining to watch. Wi-Fi is good, cleanliness is excellent and the overall experience I had was better than I had expected. Thank you.

Great budget option. Walking distance to all major attractions in Krakow.

Important information for foreign visitors traveling by car: I am very dissapointed by the fact that the hotel omits very unpleasent facts every visitor traveling there by car is faced with immediately on arrival. The hotel website states that "… charges for parking may be applicable". The sad reality is, that there is no free parking in the area for kilometers. Parking fees on the public spots are about 10€ per day, which is fine as long as you are informed and can prepare for this, but even if you are willing to pay the fees you should know that you have to have a ton of polish coins on you, because this is the only way foreigners can pay since, in fact the only possibility to pay by card is with obscure polish „touch“ banking cards. Of cause, the hotel is no help in changing bills to coins so you are left on your own with an unpleasant feeling. It would not hurt the hotel to inform its guests on these circumstances, but since the are not, that is why I feel the need to write this comment and give a low rating. Aside from this, the rooms are lower average but ok, the breakfast is poor, but this is just my personal impression. The parking situation on the contrary is no opinion but a fact.

Room clean, air conditioning in the room, TV working perfectly, service at the front desk very attentive, breakfast perfect. For a small hotel such as Rubens they have done a good job. Didnt have lunch so cannot really comment but everything else I was very happy with. Location is good also as close to kazimierz the old town.

Amazing place to choose to stay in Krakow. Its location is in the hustle and bustle of the city of Krakow! The staff was very friendly and helpful! 5 stars! Keep up the good work!
