Just home yesterday after a great stay! Would recommend to anyone! Our apartment was gorgeous and very clean!

Fantastic rooms and great customer service.

The location is absolutely perfect, literally a couple of minutes walk to the square. Everything we needed in the studio and a shop just a few doors away. I would definitely recommend for a cosy few days away.

Really a very Beautiful room, clean, with tub, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom! Normal heating and at the centre of the city.

Very clean and cosy apartment equipped with everything. Although we had a few minutes walk from reception to the apartment with our luggages it was all worth it because the apartment was excellent and modern. Great location just a road away from the square. We really enjoyed our stay at the Antique apartment in Krzyza street. Will highly recommend antique apartments.

Just returned after a 3 night stay at Antique Apartments and what an amazing location! Just a couple of minutes walk to the beautiful old town couldn’t be better placed! The staff were friendly & helpful and our room was lovely (albeit up 10 flights of stairs) we will definitely be returning to stay in the future.

Beautiful historic building is converted into some really nice apartments. Once we realised our apartment wasn’t in the same place as the reception it was fine just took a bit of getting used to. We were pretty central very close to the square which was ideal. The Apartment was very clean and very spacious. Only negative was had to keep asking for more tea and coffee at reception for our apartment.
We asked for our bags to be put in the storage room until we were ready to pick them up to go to the airport, a young man behind the desk made it obvious that he was laughing at us which was a little bit uncomfortable and disappointing as we had really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice room's and pleasent staff very helpful there are quite a lot of steps though there is a lift but only small overall very good.

Stayed here with the family in two apartments and couldn’t fault it. Apartments are very spacious with everything you need. Staff went over and above to help with taxis, excursions etc.

Perfect location. We had a lovely large suite for a family of 4. Would highly recommend and will definitely return to stay here.

We were very happy to stay in Antique Apartments. Our room was clean and tidy with modern facilities, servicing was prompt and regular. The staff was always very helpful. And the location is great. Close to everything yet cosy and quiet with a great bed for a good sleep. We enjoyed our stay very much and we look forward to coming back.

I booked a stay as a surprise birthday trip for my boyfriend. I contacted the hotel to arrange an upgrade for the room and birthday banners, chocolates and balloons. The staff were quick to respond and very helpful, the room didn’t disappoint. There was plenty of space and it was a great place to relax after a long day out sightseeing, the jacuzzi bath was an added bonus. I’ve talked so highly of it since coming back that a few of my friends have booked to go and stay there with their partners. It’s in a great location and the rooms are lovely. We had to go up a few sets of stairs as our room was on the third floor and there is no lift but this didn’t bother us in any way. My boyfriend had a wonderful birthday there and the staff couldn’t do enough for us, we’d definitely stay again.

A friendly personality named Roman turned up and gave us the keys, after we rang his daughter who also works on the firm. We had to wait about 10 minutes. Roman speaks little English (but a great number of slavic languages, apparently), whereas the daughter speaks good English. The flat was decent, more "inhabited" than many other more hotel-like flats. We got help with arranging a very early airport transport and this worked out fine.

The Hotel is located in the Old Town, very near to the principal sites of interest, bars and restaurants that serve the delicious traditional Polish dishes. The apartment is small, but comfortable, with a very well equipped american kitchen. The travelers should take into account that the building does not have elevator. So, taking the apartment in the fifth flour could be challenging, as the traveler has to carry the luggage upstairs. May be, an external elevator would be a solution for this lovely old building. The staff is very kind. The place is very quiet.

We had a very homey apartment close to the center of Krakow. It was easy to get to anywhere in town either by walking or a tram. The apartment was not fancy but it was comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor so we had a lot of steps to climb with our suitcases. I would have liked to have known that at least at the time of check-in rather than be surprised when we unlocked the door. Luckily the stairs were not an issue for us. I loved the use of a kitchen with a couple grocery stores close by and many choices of restaurants near by. I really appreciated that the office was 24 hours and the receptionist spoke English, I had many questions since it was my first time in Poland and knew no Polish! Finally I appreciated the fact that they could book the tours I wanted to take right there at the office. They had a brochure explaining the tours and they gave me great advice on when the tours were available and which ones to take on certain days. I would definitely recommend this company if you want to feel right at home in Krakow and not just a tourist.

We enjoyed our stay at Antique Apartments. The staff was friendly, and our apartment was perfectly situated. It was a bonus to have a washing machine since we're traveling for three weeks. The only negatives to our experience were being awakened our first night to belligerent shouting that we realized was coming from next door. The group of men staying in that apartment were screaming obsenities at one another. We didn't have a telephone in the apartment, so this situation was unsettling, and it was difficult to sleep from 4:00 a. M. On. The following night, as I was reading in bed, one of the young men from the apartment next door, drunkenly walked into our apartment. He ran away after I yelled at him to get out. I did not feel safe. I encourage the management to consider enforcing the quiet hours policy to ensure the comfort and security of guests. I am happy to discuss this further.

Old town, practically the center. Everything in the photo. You can hear what they're talking about on the stairs in the room. There's no elevator. Breakfast is good Parking 350-450 meters from the hotel Stone Pavement and Tratourastone stone, on this with a suitcase is not convenient.

These apartments were absolutely beautiful and full of character. The interior was stunning and comfortable. Every need catered for in the kitchen and beds etc comfy. Apartments were clean and the surrounding communal areas spotless. Staff were helpful, polite, professional and friendly, especially Gabriella on reception who went above and beyond to help us with any query. The total amount for the apartment was excellent value for money. I would recommend that you give them a go when you come the Kraków. Set just of the main central square every amenity is right on your doorstep or within walking distance.

There was a group of 5 of us and we stayed at the apartments. It was way better than the pics online showed us. It was super cute, chic, apartment. Completely remodeled on the inside. We enjoyed the separate rooms, kitchen and convince of the location. They had great customer service.

The Apartments were VERY clean, and made you feel at home instantly. We only stayed for two nights but it was well worth the money. There was a fair amount of stairs that made it a little difficult with our luggage but overall was not a problem. The staff at the check-in was very helpful and friendly! And the apartments are centrally located to the city center, would recommend if your visiting Krakow.

Brilliant stay in a very clean studio room with every amenity that we needed. The staff were very helpful and lovely. Location is perfect — right in the centre of the main square but very quiet. We were on the top floor — 5 flights of stairs, each flight had two staircases. I would not recommend staying on the top floors if you struggle with stairs or have large bags. The hotel were very helpful when organising tours and taxis. We would definitely stay here again, but we would make sure we would not stay on the 5th floor! Thank you Antique Apartments!

Stayed for 2 nights, January 2018. Excellent location, very short walk to the beautiful main square. Apartment was spacious and very clean. It was heated well which we appreciated as it was bitterly cold outside. The cafe/bar/restaurant downstairs was nice for breakfast. The all you can eat buffet for 25 zlotes was good value, and a good balance of traditional polish and continental food. Overall we loved it. Already thinking of returning for a longer trip, maybe in the summer this time. ️️❄️❄️

We stayed in a beautiful apartment a few minutes walk from the main square in Krakow, the apartment sleeps 5. The property was secure, spacious, bright and well equipped. We had a warm welcome and used the airport transfer service and a trip to Auschwitz which were very efficient. There were a couple of downsides. On the Saturday night it got very noisy and whilst we went to bed around 1:30am there was still quite a lot of noise outside for another few hours so the sound proofing wasn't brilliant. We also ran out of hot water (three of us were staying in the apartment) so we had to have very quick showers each morning so that no-one ended up with a cold shower. My two friends were not able to wash their hair the three nights we were there in fear they'd use too much water. One final minor point is it could do with heavier curtains. On the whole we had a very nice stay in Krakow and despite the minor irritations, I'd probably stay with Antique apartments, though would perhaps not choose this specific apartments due to the hot water issue.

:) Well located in the city centre of Krakow. Nice apartment with all equipment needed. Nicely renovated with modern furniture. Safe environment with multiple locks before entering. Good beds and complete bathroom. Quick check in and check out. : (4th floor without elevator.

We thought we would stay in the same building as the reception but were assigned to an apartment 6-700 meters away, in a dark side street. Upon arrival at the correct address, the surprise was great when we got a big and good apartment (room no. 65). The apartment was well equipped and was quiet without street noise. The only thing that worried us was the lack of emergency exits, the only exit we found was the main staircase to the street.!? But all in all we had a nice stay.

Beautiful place well organized apartment suitable for family with children because very close to the center very good choice.

We were there for 7th 2 nights. The staff at the reception were a great help in all respects-could be super English, were very nice and super constructive. Thank you very much! The apartment was great. Very tasteful, practically furnished. Only the bathroom has no ventilation and the old house of course has no elevator-but the old building charm more than makes up for it. Bistro Charlotte in the front house is a great breakfast address that makes the stay perfect! The internet works, but you have to log in after some time, which is annoying because you have to request a link every time.

Currently here for 3 nights. Lovely apartments, beds very comfy and rooms very cosy and warm. Karim on reception has been very helpful also. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. X. X x.

Charming studio apartment, with all the comforts, elegant and very good taste. Convenient x visit the old town but away from the hustle and bustle. The only ' Pecca ' bed linen (really small duvet x 2 people. I would have liked a couple of extra pillows, x other comfortable…). Advice to all.

These apartments do not reflect the photographs shown on the website. The apartments were a good 15 minute walk with 4 suitcases from the Antique Apartments office. The apartment building was unwelcoming, crumbling and full of graffiti. We then had three flights of stone steps to climb (with 4 suitcases) with no lift. One of the apartments had a ladder to a mezzenine floor where there was only a mattress to lie on as there wasn't enough height for a bed. Your could lie on the mattress and touch the ceiling with your hand — very precarious if you needed to go down the ladder to use the bathroom during the night.

Great apartment, perfect for us, very clean and in a brilliant location within in walking distance from the main square. We had a problem with the heating which was sorted immediately upon request. We rearranged our checkout time for 10am instead of 11am and unfortunately nobody came to inspect the apartment at 10am as promised. Therefore we had less time to spend before our flight home than we wanted, which was a bit of a shame. However I would definitely book with Antique Apartments again. We had a great stay in Krakow.

We booked to stay in these apartments but we were put in another block a short walk away, but we were not disappointed. The apartment was exceptionally clean, it had all the necessary items that were needed in the kitchen and bathroom, plenty of towels and linen for the stay. We could not have asked for a better place to enjoy the city. Will definitely be booking with them again. The receptionist was very helpful and there 24hrs if needed and as we had a late pick up on the last day we were able to leave our luggage in a locked area allowing us a day to carry on sightseeing.

Our lodging space was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped with any kitchen needs we had. The stocked bar and fresh apples in the lobby were pleasant extras. The location of the apartments was perfect for seeing the old town and the historic sights and museums. The young lady at the reception desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful in providing us directions on a number of occasions. The ancient elevator was a great experience in itself; however, it became non-functional on the last two days of our stay requiring us to walk up four flights of stairs. This was probably better for us anyway since the food in Poland is so good.

What can I say absolutely fabulous hotel great staff nothing is too much trouble fabulous city will definitely be going back.

We enjoyed our stay at Antique Apartments. The staff were helpful, friendly and well organised. They gave us great advice on things to see and how to get about. I will return for another trip in Early 2019.

Everything worked well and the apartment was nice and in a calm area; the single issue was the transfer airport-Krakow was more expensive than announced without any apparent reason.

What a quirky and cute place to stay great location and friendly staff. Will stay again. five floors of stairs was all worth it.

Antique Apartments exceeded all our expectations! Clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful. The elevator is our favourite! It feels like you've just walked into the twilight zone, the history of it oozes out.
Finally, the location couldn't be better. I wouldn't hesitate returning and I highly recommend.

Currently here and having a fantastic time. Staff are all so friendly and helpful and the apartment is great? It's got everything you need. Including a very central location in the old town. Will be looking to come back in the future and have no doubt that antique apartments will be were we stay.

Antique Apartments are very welcoming. Place is very homely and staff are really helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. However, my TV in the room didn't work (no polish TV) and heating was poor but both issues were sorted out immediately by Lukasz who was very genuine, accommodating and extremely helpful. Rooms are specious, clean and well designed!
Anyway, the main part of my stay was excellent.
If we visit Krakow next time Antique Apartments will be my first port of call.

We were there for 5 days. It was a very nice hotel in the form of apartments. Very close to the centre-in 2min in the main square. The service was very good, a lot was organised and explained on request. We are very happy with our choice. Breakfast is possible right next to the hotel in 2 restaurants. At Charlotte super bread and homemade jam.

Excellent accommodation And great value.

We loved the location, staff were extremely nice, the apartment was quiet and well appointed. Krakow is awesome!
