A friendly personality named Roman turned up and gave us the keys, after we rang his daughter who also works on the firm. We had to wait about 10 minutes. Roman speaks little English (but a great number of slavic languages, apparently), whereas the daughter speaks good English. The flat was decent, more "inhabited" than many other more hotel-like flats. We got help with arranging a very early airport transport and this worked out fine.

The Hotel is located in the Old Town, very near to the principal sites of interest, bars and restaurants that serve the delicious traditional Polish dishes. The apartment is small, but comfortable, with a very well equipped american kitchen. The travelers should take into account that the building does not have elevator. So, taking the apartment in the fifth flour could be challenging, as the traveler has to carry the luggage upstairs. May be, an external elevator would be a solution for this lovely old building. The staff is very kind. The place is very quiet.

We had a very homey apartment close to the center of Krakow. It was easy to get to anywhere in town either by walking or a tram. The apartment was not fancy but it was comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor so we had a lot of steps to climb with our suitcases. I would have liked to have known that at least at the time of check-in rather than be surprised when we unlocked the door. Luckily the stairs were not an issue for us. I loved the use of a kitchen with a couple grocery stores close by and many choices of restaurants near by. I really appreciated that the office was 24 hours and the receptionist spoke English, I had many questions since it was my first time in Poland and knew no Polish! Finally I appreciated the fact that they could book the tours I wanted to take right there at the office. They had a brochure explaining the tours and they gave me great advice on when the tours were available and which ones to take on certain days. I would definitely recommend this company if you want to feel right at home in Krakow and not just a tourist.

Old town, practically the center. Everything in the photo. You can hear what they're talking about on the stairs in the room. There's no elevator. Breakfast is good Parking 350-450 meters from the hotel Stone Pavement and Tratourastone stone, on this with a suitcase is not convenient.

Great hotel in the middle of the old town of Krakow. Restaurants, bars, clubs and shopping facilities were all within walking distance. The staff was totally friendly and professional. We stayed in an apartment in the Czapzkich str. Which was about 5-10 minutes walk from the actual hotel. Our apartment was really nice, clean, quietly located and very nicely furnished with attention to detail. We felt very comfortable and definitely coming back.
Krakow is a beautiful city!

We stayed at Antique Apartments several times and we are always happy. The staff ate very helpful and nice. Family friendly place to stay and enjoy time in Krakow.

There was a group of 5 of us and we stayed at the apartments. It was way better than the pics online showed us. It was super cute, chic, apartment. Completely remodeled on the inside. We enjoyed the separate rooms, kitchen and convince of the location. They had great customer service.

Second time I`m staying here. Nice apartments, nice staff, short distance to every thing you need or want to do in Krakow. Love that feeling when we wake up from nice bacary (Charlotte? ) Just beautiful. Safe, quiet… love it and See you soon again:)

Nice apartment complex in a large building, accessible via a quiet backyard.

Unfortunately we stayed only one day but loved the location and size of the accommodation.

Attention: Reception in the centre. They give you the keys and a map with the signs of an apartment that is 15 minutes on foot and is located in an old building on the second floor without a lift.

The Apartments were VERY clean, and made you feel at home instantly. We only stayed for two nights but it was well worth the money. There was a fair amount of stairs that made it a little difficult with our luggage but overall was not a problem. The staff at the check-in was very helpful and friendly! And the apartments are centrally located to the city center, would recommend if your visiting Krakow.

Brilliant stay in a very clean studio room with every amenity that we needed. The staff were very helpful and lovely. Location is perfect — right in the centre of the main square but very quiet. We were on the top floor — 5 flights of stairs, each flight had two staircases. I would not recommend staying on the top floors if you struggle with stairs or have large bags. The hotel were very helpful when organising tours and taxis. We would definitely stay here again, but we would make sure we would not stay on the 5th floor! Thank you Antique Apartments!

Great apartment very functional very large especially located in the center of Krakow.

Very nice accommodation. Enough space, even for groups. Easy and nice service. Great location. Little old building. Needs a renovation. Nevertheless, everything is tidy and clean.

For the price, you couldn't possibly ask more from these charming apartments. Having the cooking facilities in the room was great for travellers on a budget as it allows you to cook your own breakfast and save money. Bed was comfy but nothing special. View from the balconies (yes 2) is beautiful. Shower was okay, but ran out of hot water midway through on one morning. Fridge and safe in the room as well as an ironing board. Has everything you could need.

Stayed for 2 nights, January 2018. Excellent location, very short walk to the beautiful main square. Apartment was spacious and very clean. It was heated well which we appreciated as it was bitterly cold outside. The cafe/bar/restaurant downstairs was nice for breakfast. The all you can eat buffet for 25 zlotes was good value, and a good balance of traditional polish and continental food. Overall we loved it. Already thinking of returning for a longer trip, maybe in the summer this time. ️️❄️❄️

The stay was very nice and the apartment was very full and very clean.

It is in the center, it is cheap, comfortable, spacious, with quality and beautiful, what more to ask?

:) Well located in the city centre of Krakow. Nice apartment with all equipment needed. Nicely renovated with modern furniture. Safe environment with multiple locks before entering. Good beds and complete bathroom. Quick check in and check out. : (4th floor without elevator.

We thought we would stay in the same building as the reception but were assigned to an apartment 6-700 meters away, in a dark side street. Upon arrival at the correct address, the surprise was great when we got a big and good apartment (room no. 65). The apartment was well equipped and was quiet without street noise. The only thing that worried us was the lack of emergency exits, the only exit we found was the main staircase to the street.!? But all in all we had a nice stay.

Beautiful place well organized apartment suitable for family with children because very close to the Center excellent choice.

We stayed at 7.2 Nights there. The front desk staff were a great help in all matters — could be super English, were very nice and super constructive. Thank you very much! The apartment was great. Very tasteful, practically furnished. Only the bathroom unfortunately has no ventilation and the old house of course has no elevator — but the old-fashioned charm makes everything more than competitive. Bistro Charlotte in the front house is a great breakfast address that makes your stay perfect! The internet works, but you have to log in again after some time, which is annoying, because you have to request a link every time.

Charming studio, with all the comforts, elegant and of excellent taste. Convenient x visit the old town but away from the hustle and bustle. The only ' sins ' bedding (really small duvet x 2 people. I would have liked a couple of extra pillows, x other comfortable…). Advice at all.

Fantastic apartments, very clean and comfortable in an excellent location just 2 minutes walk from the main square, yet set in a quiet courtyard. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Our lodging space was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped with any kitchen needs we had. The stocked bar and fresh apples in the lobby were pleasant extras. The location of the apartments was perfect for seeing the old town and the historic sights and museums. The young lady at the reception desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful in providing us directions on a number of occasions. The ancient elevator was a great experience in itself; however, it became non-functional on the last two days of our stay requiring us to walk up four flights of stairs. This was probably better for us anyway since the food in Poland is so good.

What a quirky and cute place to stay great location and friendly staff. Will stay again. five floors of stairs was all worth it.

No elevator and poor support from reception. No air conditioning.

Well organized. Note that Krakow center is car-free, meaning you will have to either take your luggage on foot or take a taxi (they are allowed).

What a horrible place. We booked through Hotel Tonight, only to be informed that the room we wanted wasn't available, and were then shown another location in a completely different part of town which was totally unusable, and very, very cramped. To make matters worse, the reception desk staff were discourteous and flippant. Rarely have I felt the need to warn people away from a hotel as much as this place.

Great location close to main square, many restaurants; clean and self contained apartment; helpful staff; reliable and fast Wi-Fi. Laundry services on site would have been a bonus.

Staff does NOT value customers time, therefore I don't recommend this apartments for business trips. First I've received an email booking confirmation, where the price has been doubled. Moreover at the reception they charge you additional 150, 00zl as a deposit, which has not been mentioned in the reservation confirmation (needed to go to ATM — lost 30min of time). Issueing the bill took another 15min. Worst event was, that cleaning staff didn't appear as discussed previously at the reception on time in the appartment to pick up the keys and return the deposit (lost another valuable 30mins in the morning). Price and location reasonable.

Super, buildings old but perfectly manicured and with much charm. Price excellent… a good reason to return to Krakow.

Stayed in appts 9 and 14. Very nice, clean and with all basics you would need. Location perfect for main square, main shopping and night-life etc. Very reasonably priced but staff quite grumpy! Would stay again.
