Lots of choice at breakfast and great room upgrade. The price and value for money was amazing! I would recommend to others and return.

Quite good. My friend and I stayed here for two days. The room was an attic but so spacious (in fact, that was suite of rooms). The interior of the hallways were antique and nice.

Very nice hotel practically in the middle of Krakow. Clean and well-appointed rooms. Breakfast with buffet but also with availability to order something a la carte.

Well located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price is right. Recommended.

Let's say that the three stars as a category are a lot… But the availability and the possibility of being one step away from the center are worth the choice.

Lovely bathroom with good shower/bath and plenty hot water, perfect location, decent breakfast and comfy beds. Good location to explore the city for a good price.

Great value for money for the central location and cleanliness. I did not adore the breakfast and the small and tall windows of Room 31, on the third and last floor without elevator.

Nice hotel with breakfast included. Breakfast is cereal, breads and a choice of hot food prepared fresh. These were okay nothing special waited 30 minutes on the first morning for them people that came in after got served before. You also need to go up to the desk lift the only 2 menus available and inform the girl of your choice of food and drink. Large double bed in room was 2 singles, comfortable enough. Water provided and replaced everyday by maids. Very clean and classy decor.

Great interiors, gorgeous and delicious breakfast, very kind personnel, convenient position in the old city (stare miasto) of Krakow, cheap rates (around 200 zloty/50€ a night in single room). However, my room was unbelievably small, especially the bathroom, the desk was nice looking but unfortunately it had a depth insufficient to hold a notebook. The room hadn't real windows but two small apertures, near the ceiling, that one can cover, operating a mechanism from below, to avoid most (but not all) of light come in, early in the morning. Moreover, these apertures weren't isolating from outside sounds at all, so, given that Mikolajska is a crowded street even during the night, I couldn't sleep up to 4:00 in the morning. Not an ideal rest…

Really good room, comfy beds and lots of space! Check-in was easy at 9pm, and the breakfast is really good. Really cute restaurant. Hotel is warm inside. Just no elevator so don't take a heavy bag!

Really lovely Hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfasts, Lovely rooms with really cosy beds. We really enjoyed our stay, and hopefully be back one day.
