Great location, far enough away from noise but only 5 minutes walk to the square where lots of bar, restaurants and history.

Not recommended! For starters it is much more close to 2/3 stars but absolutely no 4 stars. So if you want to spend less you go directly to a 2/3 star otherwise you pay for a 4 star that is a 4 star and given the prices Krakow agrees. Small room with bathroom where you could not support anything. We arrived and the room was freezing we asked for an more blanket and got a pile of the 1915.

Nice hotel with a very good location to the city centre. Breakfast is adequate and good and the rooms maintained.

Just back from a 5 day stay at The Golden Tulip. Fantastic Hotel in a quite location and only a 5 min walk through beautiful city walls gardens to the bustling Market Square. Staff very friendly and helpful and booked all our tours for us. Hotel spotlessly clean and great continental breakfast. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
There is another Golden Tulip Hotel in the Jewish Quarter (with a tram line running right in front of it). Dont get the two mixed up. Krakow City Center one is in a much better location.

Good location for all the amenities good bar o wr1 the road from this hotel. Rooms clean warm and staff very friendly I would stay again.

What a lovely hotel this is. Me and my husband stayed here for 5 nights. Comfortable beds warm room great breakfast free water and Wi-Fi in rooms tea and coffee facility in room. Staff very courteous and helpful. Will definitely be paying another visit. Central for sightseeing.

Most beautiful city. Shocked at how clean and gorgeous it was. Would recommend to anyone. Kraków is stunning. 10/10 for hotel. Hotel is in the best location, 2 minute walk to the main square & beautiful restaurants. Pino Resturant has the most amazing food ate there every night! The staff at the hotel are the most friendliest and helpful staff I’ve ever met. Locals are so helpful. Waitresses could not do more for you. The rooms are so clean, and bathrooms are gorgeous. Couldn’t fault one thing about the hotel. The breakfast was perfect and lots of variety. Excursions were booked at the reception and helped us sort them out. Hotel rooms are so peaceful, no noise. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it.

Just excellent! Perfect location in the heart of the old town, few minutes walk to any Krakow's attraction. Very kind and helpful stuff, charming rooms, Almost forgot… buffet breakfast — great! I was very satisfied of my 3 nights stay there and can recommend.

Typical chain hotel but friendly staff made it a pleasant stay.

Its location on a secondary street is relatively close to the main streets but the size of the rooms is so small that there is only one small step to access the bed. The bathroom door can't be opened completely because it hits the bed. And the beds are not made, just bend the quilt over the sheet top without fixing. Great breakfast.

Clean and renovated. Small rooms. Beds are not very comfortable. Very close to Kraków square and old town.

Location is great, short walk from the market square. Room is nice, comfortable. No milk for coffees though. Staff are SUPER. Friendly, helpful and professional. Food is delicious.

Stayed in Krakow at the Golden Tulip Hotel for 5 days with wife. Found hotel to be spotless in every way from reception to room and also dinning room.
Only thing I would say rooms are on small size. Beds made and fresh towels every morning. The safe in your room is at very bottom of wardrobe and for someone who is disabled could not excess.
Wifi in room which is hit and miss.
Breakfast was excellent lots of different dishes and hot trays kept food to a temperature wich is displayed on a LCD on hot plate.
Staff at Golden Tulip are very pleasant and welcoming and helpful.
Walk into main square is about 10 minutes away but plenty of restaurants and bars closer and cheaper to hotel.
Overall a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend. ☆☆☆☆☆ì

Golden Tulip in Krakow is definitely a good hotel for the price you pay. There is a restaurant with a bar. In the same restaurant they serve in the morning the breakfast. The hotel doesn't have a pool, but they offer room massage services. Also, the staff speaks great English and are very polite. The hotel offers airport transfer for 65 PLN and trips to Auschwitz. The breakfast is good, nothing special, but they have a very good orange juice. The room was neat and clean, and also the bathroom has a decent size. I would recommend this hotel if you are not a budget stay.

Very good price performance ratio. The staff is very friendly, breakfast there is a wide range food and the rooms are large enough with high walls. The bathroom is Farris slightly too small advised but everything in the everything everything is very good and clean. The location is top! Only 5 min walk to the main market square :)

But this hotel is not a 4 star! I stayed in an executive room, and the bathroom doesn't even one shelf on which to place a toothbrush, across the room there is no a drawer in the bedside tables, the safe is placed on the bottom of the one closet to you have to lie down on the floor to open/close and I'll stop …
