Small hotel, rooms, dining room, pool etc. How this hotel got four stars is a mystery.

Hotel welcome fine. Room clean. Spa facilities good. One weakness for a spa hotel the towel are small and thin, like towels at the end of their life. The breakfast is very good with a selection of hot food and a cold continental breakfast. The concierge was very helpful in planning our day trips. Many of the pick up points included our hotels. Well situated for the Jewish quarter and the main square.

Nice hotel but the staff are not friendly. You ask something, they don't want to answer. Forging was part of the hotel price, but we were again charged.

Very pleasurable stay with very helpful and attentive staff, Breakfast was everything you could want with the area kept clean and well stocked. Plenty of room in the dining area. The Spa and Wellness area were exemplary. Clean and well looked after. Only negative comment I would have would be the shared changing room with only 3 changing cabins in. Overall I would definitely recommend Hotel Galaxy for short city breaks to Krakow.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied and tasty. Not all rooms have a bathtub. But there is a free jacuzzi. From 8 am to 22 pm and swimming pool. Taxi arrives within 5 minutes the only thing we did not find is the close-located public transport stop.

Excellent Hotel, the breakfast has to be seen. Well presented and something for everyone. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice place for a conference and professional meeting. Acoustic isolation is poor and you run a risk of listening to somebody's TV until 1 am like me. Staff is polite and friendly. Food options for vegetarians are moderate. Great location of you like walking along the river.

Hotel located near the large shopping center (500m). Very comfortable and quiet (early May). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect housekeeping. Breakfast was very good. More Polish specialties would be highly appreciated. The place is 30 minutes walk. I highly recommend it. Mr. V. M.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Special mention to Waldemar who was incredibly kind. The only “but” is it is close to the tram railway, so at night the noise can br a bit annoying.

Itz a great hotel in Krakow! The view from my room was spectacular! The staff is very good and always happy to help out! Definitely recommended for Krakow.

Overall very good.
We especially enjoyed the pool, the spa and the restaurant.

Clean, comfortable and great breakfast. Strategic to reach even on foot the typical destinations to visit in Krakow.

Hotel was excellent spa pool sauna if you wanted to use them for free. Spotlessly clean. Nice staff plus superb breakfast to start your day off. About 25 to 30 minutes walk to main square.

Very nice hotel. The breakfast buffet is versatile and is of good quality. The rooms are tidy, clean and modern. The pool is nice but not great. To get to this, unfortunately, the typical swimming pool process has to be completed instead of the comfortable use of a bathrobe on the route from room to pool. The dressings are spacious but very smooth. The service is very friendly, is helpful and proficient in English.

Courtesy and professionalism of the staff make this hotel a 5 star property I would stay here again, the hotel restaurant is a great meal, then in the morning an excellent breakfast and a perfect welcome.

Clean, staff available and friendly. A little noisy however by the proximity of a bridge crossing the Vistula which circulates many streetcars. Attention, in winter annual closing period of the complex sauna swimming pool for maintenance… No luck booking in this period and I only saw it after.

A nice and good hotel for 3 Zloty comes the breakfast in the room, gladly again, only the parking is, however, quite expensive.

Superb hotel, the breakfast is varied, sweet and salty. Hotel at the top with very professional staff. The pool, spa, sauna and hammam are very nice as well as the rooms.

Great experience in Krakow and this hotel. The room was clean and with good air quality, temperature wise it might be a bit coold at night if you are sensitive. The breakfast and spa facility was well prepared and with service minded personal. The one draw back was that they advertise their dance studio, but no service could be provided when we asked for it, unfortunately.

Nice hotel. Clean and good standard. Walking distance to the center of town unless you are very averse to walking. The spa-department in the basement is nice. You should book ahead if you want a treatment. The restaurant has a good standard. You are likely to be happy with your meal no matter what you order, as should be expected for the price. Did not try the bar, but it was packed every night of my stay so it can't be too bad. On checkout you get a present in the form of bathsalt from the saltmines. Would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Good breakfast the only catch a little too far from the Center on foot…

Wow amazing hotel. Very modern. Staff spoke perfect English and were very friendly. Walking distance to great restaurants, Christmas market in square and Jewish quarter. Just across Road from large shopping centre. Will definitely be back.

Located near to all tourist attractions. Good value excursions bookable in the reception. Comfortable beds in clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Various treatments available in the spa. Lovely swimming pool with jacuzzi, hot tub, steam room and sauna. On site restaurant. Breakfast included with wide choice of foods available. Relaxing bar area with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. On site gift shop. All staff speak English.

The hotel is very comfortable and with good services. I had inconveniences with Internet in the room. No one from the staff speaks Spanish or even a minimum to cater to the guest.

A good hotel with free spa for hotel guests has 25 min from the historic Center and Jewish Center 5 min.

Good hotel, very clean and superb facilities with pool and spa. Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced, very full buffet. Only downside which may not affect everyone is very poor sound insulation. Conference here with live music which did not stop until 01:45 am, so shattered night with bass thumping. Recommend checking with hotel before booking if similar event likely to take place during your stay. Otherwise excellent.

Good hotel in Krakow. Beware with the wobbly armchairs in the room.

Really nothing to complain about. I had a nice spacious room, the furniture was new, the bed was good, breakfast was fine. If you have your window open during the night, street noise might wake you up early in the morning (tram is really loud).

Rooms were very modern and clean. Hotel staff were friendly. Hotel is secure with a safe provided and room key needed to use the lifts. Easy to get a taxi from reception. Air conditioned rooms. Tea coffee facilities provided. Good breakfast and restaurant.

Good hotel. The the breakfast is great the rooms are good there are some areas that could be upgraded like the carpets that are tired tired and stained the general presents of the place is somewhat small in stature but it is much more than adequate. I could Hotel a little bit of a walk from the Jewish quarter butts bikes are available for a $3 a day rental which I recommend enjoying.

Nice and friendly staff and clean modern rooms. Good hotel bar and ok breakfast with different options. Only minus here is that they have a huge bridge nearby, which makes alot of noise when the trams are driving on it. Some design fault to build a big metal bridge and make it hollow?

Nice hotel in the center of Krakow, close to the Jewish quarter. More like 3 * than 4 stars. The breakfast was very good. Parking is free.

Clean hotel, friendly staff throughout hotel. Fridge was locked but it was unlocked when we asked and was filled with hotel drinks. Hotel add ons were also great. Good bar with loads of drink choices.

Nice and cousy place. Little bit laud in the morning due to a construction outside but thats only a minor issue.

Modern hotel, very good assortment for breakfast. There are disadvantages-a large bed is divided into 2 parts, which are constantly moving. Also there is no mini-bar in the room, no openers for bottles. The hotel is far from the historic center.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here whilst in Poland to do an Auchwitz tour and to sight see around Krakow — can highly recommend. Clean, comfortable and the staff were all polite. The food was good in the restaurant too.

The room was clean and the Wi-Fi was very poor.

Nice hotel. Breakfast is fantastic. Located within walking distance of most of the main sights on Krakow.

Comfortable, pleasant and well-situated. It has an amazing restaurant with just tons of astonishing food. Facilities are also great but the fitness room could have more weights to lift ;). Anyway, I had here a great stay for a couple of days. Professional and great hotel staff. Rooms are very good but without the fridge. I also expected the iron. However, there is an electric kettle and cups and samples of tea and coffee. Overall, I definitely recommend that. There is also a car park for the guests.

The hotel is not far from Kazimierz, while on a two-lane road but thanks to good soundproofing it is no problem at all.
The staff is friendly and attentive.
There's a hotel parking lot, which requires sometimes some shunting arts.
The breakfast is plentiful and varied; might find something for everyone.
The Internet connection, regardless of whether the paid or free variation, is weak. Both the speed and the stability leave much to be desired. Had already long isn't as a bad connection.
On Thursday, the shower was cold; the rest of the days, however, then hot showers was possible, with not very good water pressure.
The room equipment corresponds to the usual.
The radio reception via the Hotel TV was useless; like a heavy storm's swept constantly, the reception broke off completely to be good then again shortly afterwards, returning after ten seconds back in the bad. The television was, however, no problem.
The elevator is slow; who can better takes the stairs that is much faster even if the hotel is little documented.
I've not used hotel's pool and fitness center.
