Perfect! Very nice hotel, good and extensive breakfast buffet, nice Executive Lounge with a variety of drinks and a happy hour from 5 to 8 p. M. With some good food (one warm meal from the restaurant, a cold buffet, and some snacks), also we have received a very nice upgrade to a King Junior Suite being a Hilton Diamond member. Furthermore, SPA and gym are pretty nice, too. Altogether, I really want to rate the hotel with five stars. It’s out 3rd time and we‘ll surely be coming back.

Last year my stay was amazing, probably my best Hilton stay ever! The staff was amazing and helpful with all my concierge and other questions as well. The executive lounge and spa were great too. Next year we will go back for sure to see the city and this beautiful hotel again from Hungary!

Nice comfortable hotel, but located a bit away from the centre of historic Krakow. Good facilities in site. Definately recommended.

Great hotel! Loved the cookie at arrival 😊 Very clean and spacious rooms. The food in the downstairs bistro is classic quick bites and good. Having the room service menu available in the room would have been nice. Very friendly staff. Recommended for a stay in Krakau. Would recommend to do a quick stop at the Wieliczka salt mines if you have the time between meeting. Only a short Uber away — 20 minutes. Do keep in mind the tour of the salt mine doesn’t surprise you +-2-2, 5 hours.

The room wasn't cleaned properly when we arrived. There was dirt and trash under the bed, the little shampoo bottles weren't replaced. At least the receptionists were decent and had these problems fixed within 30 minutes. Their restaurant, 5th Avenue, complete and utter disaster. The waiters are all over the place. We had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to come up with a card terminal so we could pay our bill and in the end the manager came up to us. The food wasn't great, I've eaten better things in lower rated places. The waiters ability to speak English is questionable, judging by what I overheard from them serving other tables, for example, the waitress offered a customer "paper" instead of a tissue. There was also laughing and other noises coming from the kitchen. For such a high rated hotel and respected brand this is an absolute disaster. I might edit this later based on my further experiences. (Edit) This hotel is an absolute disaster. The cleaners touch everything in your room, even your medication. The waiters in the restaurant are incompetent, have no idea what they are doing. The food was expired by two-three days. The communication between the reception and restaurant is terrible. We almost weren't allowed to breakfast today, even though our reservation included it. We had to solve the issue at the reception, but that wasn't so smooth either.

The best place to stay in the Krakow city. The well mentain swimming pool and spa and Gym you can easily find here. The good variety of food cooked by award winning chefs and very polite service at the reception as well in the food and beverages. Highly recommended place, wort to visit. By the way don't forget to take the access to thier Executive Lounge which is open from 6:00 to 20:00 daily with all inclusive ;) Keep it up team DoubleTree By Hilton.

Nice new spacious rooms but still some kinks to work out (ex. Sockets, noises). A little farther from the city center than other options like the Hilton Garden Inn.

Very helpful staff. Sorted out our tour of Auschwitz and birkenhau. Always present at reception. Always asked if we were happy.

Everything is good about this hotel; de staffunctionaris is Nice, rooms are modern, decent size and well equipped and the food is good. The executive lounge is worthy of a recommendation, although it probably looks more like a restaurant than a lounge. But the food is good. The photo I uploaded is now on all-time number 1 place of useless hotel furniture. But I guess it would be boring without it.

I was here for a conference and for this it was perfect. Lots of space, well equipped conference center, large comfortable rooms, good service. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it if you are looking for something closer to the city centre as a tourist.

Modern, well equipped, spacious, clean, friendly and extremely polite staff, good breakfast. What's not to like? Great choice for those who don't like the big city noice and fuzz. 10 minutes drive to the Old Town.

Pool was closed and not working for most of our stay. Staff didn’t have an explanation… bearing in mind it’s a main feature you’d think it would work kept getting told different things. Housekeeping coming into room several Times beteen 7-9am while we were not ready to leave room… expensive drinks and limited food. Not within walking distance of the market square, although taxis fairly cheap. Rooms got cold, bad view. Staff few and far between on front desk and didn’t appear to understand much English at all. Disappointing end to what started off well. After the initial 8 hours stay it was all downhill (once they’ve taken your money)

Great accommodation to visit Krakow.

Great place to stay with kids! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is clean with a nice bath and for the kinder Jacuzzi with warm water). The rooms and bathroom are spacious, that's just the floor in the rooms poorly cleaned. P. S Given that we lived 15 days. But we did not get a strong grief. Everything else is a class!

Great Hotel, Great dishes in restaurant. Excellent room, all clean and very beautiful. Hotel service at the highest level. One drawback. Despite the request and notification that two people had their birthday, the reception didn't prepare the promised date for those people. But it's great stay. I recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. Staff are very accommodating and very pleased with the rooms. Has its own taxis that wait outside reception that are much cheaper than the normal ones. Breakfast has a choice of food from various countries. Very quiet and not much noise.

Loved the big room and bathroom. It was a very pleasant stay and the welcome cookie was delicious.

Good hotel, friendly staff. Good executive lounge except for the decision by management to leave the lights out during the evening session which made the place very dark. Lovely breakfast, several trams for the city centre very handy through the adjacent shopping mall. Will go back.

The rooms were equivalent to what you would find in the States. Large rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of work space. The bar and restaurant are good, breakfast is very good as well.

Really nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Very good food. Very clean room. Location slightly out of town but all in all a very enjoyable experience!

Great hotel, unfortunately far from the center.

The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in front of a shopping center, so it's easy to go out and buy food, drinks and other goods. It's also close to the bicycle path near the river, which is excellent to go out running. It has a large indoor swimming pool which is well kept and ok for swimming and playing with kids. A bit far from downtown, so transportation is needed to go there, but overall not too far.

Very nice, 3 km from train/bus station. About 20 plan taxi cost.

Have enjoyed my stay on every visit. Has a small shopping centre across the parking lot for easy supplies. As someone else has said it is a bit far (10 min by car) from the squire, but it is a great hotel to not get stuck in all the traffic around downtown. M1 mall is also only a few mins by taxi or a nice walk if not in a hurry.

Good hotel however, we hung the "do not enter our room" sign because we don't want strangers to enter our room, despite this they entered our room anyway and now we are missing some clothes.

Such a lovely hotel, we stayed on the hilton honours floor the rooms where we'll decorated, spacious and clean. The staff spoke very good english and where friendly and helpful. They made reservations for our meals each night and had reccomedations when we were unsure. The gym and swimming pool facilities were good and well maintained.

Asking for an extra key, the answer is NO (not possible). Wen I explain that asking extra key in a hotel like Hilton hotel is never a problem, then the receptionist give me the extra key. Very disappointing.

A great hotel, especially for business. The rooms are very large and are redone carefully. Great TV and conditioner working properly. Good and complete breakfast, nice bar. In the hotel there is a spa that my colleagues tell me very well. It is a bit far from the center but it is next to a shopping mall.

Checked in to the room only to see that there was no TV remote so I called the front desk numerous times to ask for one but they refused. Very disappointing and dissatisfied: (
