Hi Adelaida Pensionne Hotel and Staff! We booked for 9 people on October 30 to November 2. We're happy with how we were treated. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The room was so clean and affordable. The location, though not beach front, is near to many spots including restos, markets and grocery store. I have been in Bantayan for more than 5 times already and when I get back, I will consider booking your place again. Extend my gratitude to the staff, they did an amazing job. Thank you again and God bless us all! ❤️❤️❤️

The staffs weren't really welcoming and was rude during and after our stay. Furthermore, some of the rooms' air-conditioners weren't working properly.

Poor customer service and aircon is not working well, room 301 to be specific. Hopefully they can work on their service for future guests.

We stayed here for 1night and it's really worth it. From the pick up to the reception and down to the rooms — — it's all amazing except for our TV that wasn't working yet we don't mind as we are out most of the time. Manong driver is so helpful and gave us ideas what are the attractions nearby. We rented a motorbike to roam around the area for just Php300.00 and we are just 760 meters away from MJ Square (thanks to Waze by the way) overall thumbs up Kudos!

Clean rooms, nice staffs. The most exciting is u can bring rice cooker & use their kitchen so u can save ur food a lot while strolling here in d island.

Clean, spacious, peaceful and comfortable rooms… very accommodating staff, near amenities and wonderful people… will definitely come back in this place.

Very disappointing, false advertisement and the receptionist guy is tremendously rude I recommend to look for other place than this.

The room we got was in a desolate condition. The door was loose and we were never really sure if it was truly locked or not. It was budging even when we closed it. The bathroom, especially the shower, had problems as well. The water beam was so weak that showering was unpleasant. The worst thing though: ants. In the bed. Having experienced this already (and much worse) : this is something you expect in rural areas, open houses or rather poor households, not in two star hotels. We've had much better experiences in the same or even lower price and star ranges.

Fair price for a group of 10. Has kitchen and dining amenities.

Better than what I expected. Room was very clean. Bathroom clean with hot shower — worked well but needed a little more water pressure. AC was quite cool despite the direct sun light. Would definitely stay here again.

Staying here feels like home, hotel staffs allow you to cook your own food in their kitchen and use their utensils too. And it's affordable price.

Super loved this place. They gave us the barkada room totally spacious for 5 adults and 1 kid. It's near everything, staff is accommodating, rooms are clean. The good part youc an use the kitchen if you want to cook your own food. Worked for us because we found some fresh catch in the Mercado.

Friendly staff and clean rooms! Sometimes it gets noisy. When we were here not sure what sort of event they were hosting downstairs but got a lot of locals down our balcony super early in the morning (6am) bringing a lot of noise.

Great. Better than I expected. Basic but comfortable and functional furnishings. Nice floor and good housekeeping. Friendly and professional staff. They offer the transfer from the port which is essential. Nice comfortable balcony to dry your clothes. Close to the centre and the sea.

They have drivers and contacts for land tour and island hopping. Clean and comfy rooms too!

Staff are nice and very accommodating. A good place to stay when you go to bantayan.

6. Room 202 is fine and Wi-Fi is very good.
Prefer to spend a little more and look for a better hotel. Adelaida, unfortunately, is not recommended. There are also good rooms, gambling!

A bit expensive for the Philippines, but for Bantayan, compared to the other accommodations in the area, it was acceptable. Clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I were ever back on the island, though highly improbable.

On pic balcony room, but well… Obviously not. Price didn't includes tax of 12%. But friends staff. Clean rooms.

This place is nice and clean. It's affordable with accommodating and friendly staff. The place has Wi-Fi and it's 3-5 minute walk to the beach.

At affordable rates, the facilities and services of this hotel are superb! It's walking distance from the beach and town proper of Sta. Fe, along the main road of Bantayan. This is the place to stay when in this island!

Comfortable and affordable. When we arrived, they were very accommodating. They asked us what our plan was for the day and offered to call to reserve the boat for our island hopping. Since we arrived early, we weren't allowed to check in yet but they allowed us to leave our bags in the lobby and they kept them safe. They also have a covered parking lot for our rented bicycles. In the evening, we bought some drinks and they offered to keep the rest of the drinks in the fridge so that it won't get warm. Breakfast was okay and affordable, more on Filipino food, no toast. But overall, very nice experience in a very amazing place.

Cosy enough room and bed but issues with very slippery bathroom tiles and poor choice at breakfast. No eggs but plenty of greasy filipino food on offer.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. The room rate is okay, the room we rent had TV and good aircon. Internet was also good, much better than most places in Bantayan island.

Great budget hotel with free breakfast! It's a walking distance to the beach. Personnel are friendly. Room is spacious and looks new. TV signal is bad though and no toilet paper. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

We were delayed by the crazy xmas traffic, and checked in 4am! they were totally ok with that. And even invited all the tenants there for a xmas buffet! nice! all the staffs there are all very nice here, all the omelette is also nice.

Perfect for a couple of days in Santa Fe/Bantayan. Not Too expensive, clean, decent beds, …

My husband and I love this place. We stayed here on the last leg of our 3 week Philippines trip and we had the best service here. Tita Mel took really good care of us. The room is bright and new. It's walking distance to the beach and breakfast is delicious. We highly recommend this place and we'll be staying here again when we go back to Bantayan. Great stay and awesome service.
