We had a wonderful week here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. Food is of a very good quality and plenty of choice. I look forward to staying again in the future.

Very convenient lobby cafe available as a substitute for a lounge while waiting for your flight. It is just across the airport drop off road. Friendly staff, comfortable chairs, free Wi-Fi and good F&B.

Location is super convenient because it's just right next to the airport and also the reason why I booked the rooms there. Rooms are clean and ok but I don't like it that the windows can't be opened. Service staffs are friendly. It's not a place for you to have fun. More like a transit place. Not much amenities. No convenient store, not much shops. Overall, nice place to stay. I'll give a 3 out of 5 stars for the overall experience.

Friendly and courteous staff. A bit dim and unlively ambienced lobby. A piano or any instrumental music playing would be of help.

Small casino. No poker hurts them (alot). They were very rude to my Filipino girlfriend at the front desk, but I'm not docking them for that because she probably deserved it. Their restaurant is okay by PI standards, substandard by American. The hotel room was pretty nice.

Great location for travelers and the staff are incredibly friendly. Rooms are good, but not excellent. All rooms are showing their age with some much more so than others. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

Their breakfast buffer is a must! Love their foods and everything. Casino is nearby and the hotel is really quite and clean. Staffs are really accomodating and the rooms are superb especially the executive room. Everything is provided. The pool is a must visit place too. Woahhh my favorite hotel in Cebu.

The dinner buffet here is really an underappreciated. Its so good for the price of Php 899! The breakfast buffet was also awesome, seriously. We also stayed in the Executive Suite (Php7000) for a work and the room was huuuuge! Not bad!

My partner and I spent only one night in this airport front hotel in Cebu. We chose it just because the next morning we had a very early flight so we didn't have to do anything but cross the road to check in. Despite this the hotel is very large and full of comfort. We booked a Superior room which for one night seemed all too big and instead they assigned us an Executive (huge). To understand: Wifi, mini bar, air conditioning in the various rooms, dining room with TV 50 inch sofas and table for 8, bathroom with shower tub and double washbasin, kitchenette and second WC.
Only drawback, I could not enjoy the hotel for more time (casino, pool, SPA, etc. ).

Rooms are cozy. Breakfast contains almost all type of food with lots of variety. Interior is excellent. Earlier I heard that it's a 20 years old hotel, may not serve all purposes. But it does. Closest to the Cebu airport. Staffs are very nice and cordial. A good place to stay. It has karaoke and casino in the same complex.

Waterfront Hotel is my 2nd home when I visit Cebu! The staff are like my family members! You could feel their love and dedication, especially those who are working in the restaurants! Fine dining was also outstanding! Love this place!

This place is really amazing. From the room to the food is excellent. We're always lucky to get the best room. Break fast and dinner buffet is truely fantastic.

For one night OK! It gets worse every year. The hotel buffet is no longer recommended.

Stayed here for a layover which I'm glad we did. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. The food is decent and even the minibar and room service was not extortionate as it is in other countries. The pool was great to jump in straight from the airport and our 14 hour flight here. You literally walk across the road from the airport and you're here. Great recommendation for a short stay, wouldn't think to stay here necessarily for a full holiday as it doesn't look like there's much in this area for a vacation.

Cosy hotel just next to the airport. It would attract lot more guest of the price is right. I choose here as it near customer place.

Precious, our acct officer, is very helpful. Buffet is delicious. But thw facilities are quite old already.

I had checked in on September 10th 2017 they had very few people downstairs at the time and said only room was a superior which was fine with me. I checked in with my fiancée and paid for a room about 2 hours later the guy that checked me in said I had to pay more because they raised the cost of the room. This is common practice in the Philippines to charge more to foreigners however, once you already pay and your in the room they want more money for you to stay. The guy took my money and just stuck it in his pocket didn't give me any type of receipt.

Good rooms and food, buffet was a little pricey.

Friendly staff but. Bathroom / cr poor layout the floor gets way too wet when you take a shower and the floor is way to Slippery. Also called for room service ordered a hamburger and no one ever came. Happy wanted billed for it haha.

Hotel is right in front of the airport. The bedroom and bathroom is always kept clean. Breakfast is not free and expensive; however it offers wide range of selections of food.

Pretty good hotel. Large rooms at a decent price. The people here are really good as well. Room service made me things not on the menu. Breakfast buffet was worth the money. Overall you get more than you pay for.
