Modern hotel in the middle of everything. Our rooms were right across Skyrise 3 and 4. The kids enjoyed direct access to the mall, free buffet breakfast, and elevator music. 😅 We would love to come back (next time with our swimwear and gym clothes).

All and all it’s good and nice place to stay very accessible to all area in appear town and of course in IT park very nearby in malls restaurant and bars.

A hotel with no flexibility whatsoever. They’d rather lose a million of revenues than offer a corporate rate for a whole month of stay in 10 rooms! And we would only stay in the hotel for the night as we need to be present somewhere else during the day to work. A blessing in disguise though because another hotel cheerfully accommodated us and we really enjoyed our stay — this other hotel has way better amenities, way better customer service, and also nearer to our workplace. Indeed, everything works for the good of those who trust in the Lord! 🙏🏻

Dirty carpet on the hallway. No one answers when you dial 0 for assistance. Fridge doesn't cool. Not recommended at all.

Ate at Straight Up. Overall food experience to me FAILED. Talked to who was in charge. He did a good job justifying the quality. The staff were attentive and quick though. I don’t recommend eating at this bar.

From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. From the security guard, the front office staffs, the waiters and housekeepers everybody were so courteous, friendly, & helpful. 🙃 Highly recommended the One bedroom residence. It was a wonderful spacious room (superb clean & high tech) with amazing views. The living and dining room were big enough for families and friends to converge. There was a fully functional kitchen (we enjoyed having a kitchen that allowed us to cook our meals) and a laundry area. (Automatic washing & a dryer). Nice closet and bathroom. The swimming pool was great, nice, amazing ambiance. The hotel was surrounded by restaurants. But we had a dinner at there restaurant and their food’s taste and the volume were perfect. Loved the dinner buffet with steak. And one of the best breakfast in the hotels here in the Philippines. Staff were absolutely nice and helpful. Special mention to Chef Palang who’s very hospitable. The hotels biggest gem is the STAFF! They all exceeded my expectations. 👍 Well done to all staff, you made our stay memorable. We will definitely be staying in this hotel again and again.

Accommodating Staff its LGBTQ friendly they all know how to treat you by a proper right called Ms and Mr, Sir and Ma’am. Im a transgender woman called me by Ms. & Ma’am. It’s all good in my 3 days accommodation ✋🏼 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A beautiful Easter Sunday was ruined because the unorganized and aloof management. I reserved tickets for Easter Sunday on facebook for my husband my 2 year old daughter and myself. I was told I needed to pay in advance to reserve our tickets and since I don’t like to give my card info online I was told I can go directly to Seda Central Bloc to pay. I went 2 days after I spoke to someone online. When I went there the girl at the front desk wasn’t very friendly and said she had no info about my previous reservation she said the one who handles the social media was off for the day. I was surprised that a place like Seda doesn’t have any organization for things like this. She asked me to wait while she contacted the person, I waited for 20 Mins! Then when she said it was fine I was going to pay and she told me a different total than the person online gave me. I had to show her my FB message and tell her that I got 10% discount since I did the online deal. She had to take a pic of my phone to make sure. Like seriously you don’t know your own price? Anyways, I paid with cash the promo price, got my receipt and when we showed up Sunday for Easter everything seemed fine as our name and reservation were listed on the check in table. After playing for a while we got hungry and we went to ask if we can have our table reserved as we were about to eat.

Just there for our Valentines dinner given by our daughter ❤️ their food and service is superb!

Seda has been our second home for a month while power was out in our place after typhoon Odette. Overall, service was great. The staff especially at Misto were helpful and friendly. Of course, there were some glitches bound to happen in 4 weeks but 90% of the time, they were able to resolve our issues (or at least they tried). Thank you for being our refuge and convenient source of shelter, food, power, internet and water during this time Seda!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Seda. The room was clean, the food was excellent and the staff were friendly and accommodating. 10/10 would highly recommend this hotel.

The Sunset Buffet was great! The overall experience was more than its value. Glad we dined in before they'll decide to increase their price. I'd still be willing to pay more tho for that experience. 😊

Very quiet and accommodating staffs.

Our first experience with their All-you-can-eat at the Straight Up Bar gave me a very good impression of the people working in the hotel and will definitely book for a staycation with the kids soon. The staff are very accommodating and will surely recommend this place. Scenery is just a bonus.

Great experience, very smart and friendly associates. The food was superb.

Strategically located in the heart of IT Park. Nearby f&b, food market and more. Exemplary service and they observe safety protocols at all times. So love the experience!

I highly recommended this hotel because of the helpful of the attendant, the atmosphere of the restaurant and specially the ambiance of the pool nor the straight up bar.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. They have all you need to enjoy ur stay and more. Plus the food's really good and the rooms were very clean. Comfortable and homey. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

I highly recommended Seda CBC. Rooms are very cozy and worth the price. Food are all delicious, well prepared. Good customer service and you can really feel the Filipino hospitality in the hotel.
