Lovely boutique hotel by the beach that gives you a lot of privacy, staffs are incredibly friendly, helpful and flexible. Beautiful and intimate. Food is good, coffee and breakfast is great! Just come and see for yourself.

This is the first time me and my family stayed here. This place is really awesome. They do really tale care of you and service is superb. Food is okay and it caters mostly to international palette would be better if more choices and more local dishes. You can bring outsider food which is always a plus as kids always like other choices. Room are great. Air conditioning is good and all you need is there. Station 3 is always my choice as it is very peaceful here. I would definitely bring my family back to this place. Wonderful staff! The rooms are warm and comfortable, feels like home away from home. The showers in the bathrooms are especially relaxing, they have good service, offers great views and over all a great hotel to book in.

Staying in Villa Caemilla for 4N/5D is the best decision we've done. The staff are very accommodating and helpful (best customer service experience) very beautiful view and very quiet place — perfect for relaxation. Our family will definitely go back to this place when we visit again Boracay. 😊

Impeccable! Our third visit and it keeps getting better. Say hello to JP, Mitch, and Paul who will serve the best food on Boracay (Chef Benji and Eugene) now if you need anything ask for Charlie He has Magnificent ears and can perform miracles. Can’t praise this place enough. The location at Station 3 is fantastic because you are still a walking distance from all the hotspots but far enough to feel like you have a beach for yourself. The entrance to the ocean, or just the view from the terrace restaurant, are worth more than words can sometimes describe. The rooms are spacious, cosy, and clean, and you even get their branded tumblr upon arrival.

Incredible hotel. The rooms and areas are clean, friendly staff, they go over the top here and don’t over look any details. The beach is beautiful and the food is great at the restaurant, not to mention delicious cocktails. Villa Caemilla is a little slice of paradise, do yourself a favour and stay here in Boracay!

We have only arrived this morning and we feel very special the way we are being treated, nice welcome drink, cold wet towel to wipe our faces, the staff are exceptional, very professional, and courteous, also had a nice welcoming note left in our room. And after we came back from our first dinner they left some welcoming chocs. Thank you, I only was planning staying 2 days but I am so impressed with the staff and the room I’ve extended another 2 days I’m writing this review now as I’m confident this will last throughout our stay. The manage deserves credit for the way his staff perform there duties there well trained friendly and allways helpfull. Will allways stay here when we come back Thank you.

We chose to stay in this place because of the amazing reviews we read online and truly we found a gem in Boracay! Hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. I love the personal notes they leave in our room everyday and the cookies! On our 3rd day, we got upgraded for free! We feel valued as their guests as the staff made that our room is made everyday and that they attend to our needs immediately. I also love how the hotel try to be eco friendly by making us choose to reuse our towels or not. The hotel is located in Station 3, so we have to walk everyday to the center. I prefer their location though because it gives us privacy, and peace and quiet throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

Right in front of the beach. Amazing Service! Stayed here for our honeymoon. We walked in to roses on the bed with complementary cake + "Happy Honeymoon" in chocolate lettering. Our beds were made every single day. We came back to made beds, new towels and cleaned room. Food was great! Cocktails were spot on. The Staff were so friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Will definitely come back! Recommend 100%! A suggestion for the establishment: Please have first aid kit available for guests and staff who might have scrapes or minor scratches. I asked for a band aid and they didn't have any. It's always best to be prepared.
Also, ensure staff or a few of your staff are trained for Basic Life support just in case a guest needs it. — from a Nurse Guest. otherwise, very happy with your services!

Best Hotel ever. Service I can not describe u feel like a King or Queen. The staf is the best in the whole wide world. U dont have to say anything they let all your wishes come true. I never would go in another Hotel.

Place look amazing! I read such a good review on the place, be sure to watch out of the reservation center they try to manipulate tourists. They will give you higher rate from their own website and will try to sell you transportation from airport to the hotel although it’s free and inclusive if you purchase room from them. When you confront them on higher prices from their website they will ask you for proof to see if you really see the lower amount instead of checking and at least apologize to the customers. Be aware.

Great Little Hotel! On one side close to the shopping center of the island (D-Mall), on the other-quiet, even in the evening and do not hear the rattling music of the central hotels. Its live music is quiet and unobtrusive. Very good service, tasty food, own beach, comfortable room.

Excellent property away from the madness of Station 2 but still on the main beach and plenty of eating options nearby. Wifi is very inconsistent, can only log in in the lobby.

Villa Caemilla was a wonderful hotel. The beach area in front was perfect. Not too many people and not too far from where the busy shops are. Room was nice and big, and accommodates beachgoers rather well. I would definitely return to Villa Caemilla Hotel next time I go to Boracay.

This is the hotel with the best service on earth. The staff is good, the food is great, the view is excellent. The rooms are not big, but they're super clean and with super service they have it is easy to forget about it. If I was to come back to this Island again it would just to stay in this hotel.

Loved it! The service was amazing and quick. Great happy hour specials! Buy one get one specials! The view from the villa was amazing (We had the top right one looking out on the water and it was the most amazing view Iv'e ever had at a resort). Food was good and there were many other bars and restaurants within walking distance. We also happened to come the week of the Boracay Music Festival which was an amazing time to be there. Hoping to come again for the festival and will def be looking to stay here again!

The service orientation astounded me. I enjoyed proactive, very accommodating service, a wonderful atmosphere, quiet live music at night and fantastic rooms. It's also located at a more quiet part of the island which lets you really enjoy it all. Best hotel I've been to in the Philippines so far!

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful environment that has everything and worth every single pesos. I would like to say thank you to the staff for making our stay perfect. You were always smiling, greeting, helping and seeing what's best for every each of the guests. The hotel has a nice layout, the rooms are spacious, clean, with a very good bed and pillows, the treat with water and wine we appreciated a lot. The quietness and relaxing atmosphere was what we was looking for. The breakfast and other optional food was very healthy and well composed. Internet was great. The beach and sun bed area sooo beautiful with the turquoise crystal clear water spotted from wherever you are.
We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Can't wait to go again, the staff was very friendly, and loved going from the room to the pool, I only wish they had one more step on the ladder to make it easier to get out off the pool.

We liked. Were in February 2014. I liked the breakfast, but generally prepare delicious. In the restaurant we found ourselves a couple of dishes that we ordered regularly and were quite pleased. Evenings quietly, all the fuss in 5 minutes walk.

The correct name is Villa Caemilla Beach Boutique Hotel. Very nice place to stay. That's the qualified opinion of my son, my daughter-in-law and my grandson, that spent there a week on May 2014.

Simple. Cheap, clean and quiet with respect to the center of the island.
