Very nice location. The price is reasonable and the rooms is spacious enough.

The accommodation was great.

Comfortable cosy place to stay. With hot and cold bath. We buy food outside and borrow plates from them. We can save a lot on food. And most of all friendly and accommodating staff :)

Pros. Super near at the beach and Dmall and everything
Cons. Aircon is leaking inside and it's not that cold. The Room Has a lot of mosquitoes I ask to spray baygon but still there's a lot. Wifi is not working. The Room that they gave us was in the highest floor and it's quite hard because they don't have elevator and we also have stroller for our daughter, I requested to change to lower floor but they not allowed it. Then hindi talaga abot Wi-Fi sa taas, so, much better kung ground floor yung piliin nyo. And the Staff was not friendly esp the gay one he don't have pleasing personality and he's quite annoying! It's a rainy day so I ask him to reserve umbrella for my daughter and he said ok. Then after that when I ask for it he said he give it to other guest and he gave me a super annoying smile!. Like the hell happy kapa. Instead of being sorry, But then I like the place Thankyou.

Very recommended place, beautiful pleasing and friendly staff specially the manager she gave us good discount, easy to negotiate, rooms are good and clean and very accesible to beach front and soviener shop.

Confortable and personal very gentle location not far from beach and DMALL just wifu sometimes have problems however 7/10

Reasonable price. The receptionist is very accommodating. They have good interior design. However, their food is a bit pricey. Much better buy/eat at the restos outside.

Very good location. Near beachfront and souvenir stores. Staffs are friendly and rooms are clean.

The staff is good and kind the room is ok no problem at all except the Wi-Fi is slow.

Very warm and pleasant staffs. Rooms were very clean. Surroundings were really quiet kudos to this place. Highly recommended.

Checked in here last week and the place was nice and clean. The staff are very helpful and would recommend it anyone visiting boracay.

The rooms are very accommodating and comfortable. The washrooms are clean. The room is very spacious. The room is cold provided that it has an aircon and ceiling fan which you could either run them both or choose either the fan or aircon depending on how cold the room you would like be. The owner is very friendly and approachable as well as the front desk management too. The place is safe and quiet. I won't hesitate to come back again for future stay in boracay. It is highly recommended.

Room is clean and nice Hotel looks good Location is good, near a good area, but it's a small lane, full of ponds. It's disgusting. We ordered hotel massage service (at the reception, from a company they recommend). They came and overpriced us. They say that the prices are different, etc. This was unacceptable. Towels were sometimes stained, shower wall support is broken and we had to hold the shower head.

Good staff. Decent location. 2 mins walk to the white sand beaches, right through the bamboo market. The room that we booked had an adjoining big terrace, and we booked the same through Airbnb. It turned out to be tad expensive and not worth the price. Would recommend booking through hotel booking websites.

A bit hard to find. Off an ally from the public market to the south of the DMall. The staff is good but room cleaning is a bit hard to schedule. The room is fine the beds are comfortable but the bathrooms are very small and our toilet leak so we have water on the floor of our bathroom the entire time. The Wi-Fi is very good Monday through Thursday but seems exceptionally slow at night and during the weekend almost to the point of not being usable. However I would still recommend this hotel for Budget travelers to Boracay. The issues I mentioned were minor. For the price of this hotel is a good option.

Location is not ideal but the room we booked was really nice for its price. If it's not your fitst time in Boracay, this is a really good option.

Green little brother right if not simply could not find good, green road first isolated on the left lane 7, 80 m away from, lived in the first floor, a little older, many again when traces of white paint, girlfriend likes it I feel in General.
