Great place! Highly recommended.

We went as a group of 4 and the Family Suite was just EXCELLENT. Very clean and spacious room with fresh towels and toiletries, feels like I was in a 5 star hotel. Very attentive staffs. Very Generous breakfast. The price was VERY GOOD for the room. Though I had to admit the location was kind of tricky but once you figured it out its a few steps away from the beach front. Will definitely stay here again.

Apart from its affordable rate, what we really loved about the place is how welcoming everyone was. Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted and served drinks by the staff and the owner itself. Everyone was very hospitable and ready to attend to you. They all had smiles on their faces and responded to our requests immediately. (assistance for a spilled drink in the room, mopping the hallway as we walked home wet from the beach, etc) What I love the most was how my kids were treated. The owner was very loving. We were asked what our kids eat for breakfast and they went out their way to prepare a menu for them. The room we stayed in was very quiet and clean. Additionally, the hotel staff changes the towel everyday. (if you leave it outside to dry) The proximity of the hotel was not too far from the beach. We liked how accesible the restaurants were from our location. If you are looking for a valid review, this should be one of them. We plan to come back next year and will definitely choose Chateau de Boracay.

" But for me "if you want to have a good beach vacation in Boracay, and experience a “feel-like-home” accommodation Chateau de Boracay is the place to stay! " In the middle of Station 2, surrounded by different 3-5 stars hotels in Boracay, there is the Chateau de Boracay, which I personally tagged as “3Cs” — Calm, Clean, Comfortable "HOME" that you can stay-in. I've been in Boracay several times and enjoyed my stay in different hotels. But I must say, Chateau de Boracay changed the game this time. — Excellent Customer Service (Go the extra mile) — Very Accommodating Staff — Engaged Owner (Tita Jess) — Rooms are Spacious — Clean and Comfortable (they literally define clean! ) — Less than a minute to the shoreline — Affordable Price — Lastly it is a HOME! We stayed here for 4D/3N. Best accomodating team and the owner was a hands on, all the staffs are very friendly. They make sure that everybody feels comfortable in staying with the hotel. Spacious Rooms and Accomodating Staff. Good place to stay because it is located in Station 2.

Comfort, good ambiance, accommodating staff and clean hotel — these are exactly what I’m looking for in a hotel and they got it all.

My family stayed for 4days and 3nights. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Chateau de Boracay. A very relaxing and peaceful place away from noise of Station 2. Staffs were very friendly, accomodating, courteous and super bait! I must say they are really trained to give outmost customers satisfaction. The family room is enough for the 5 of us, the bed is big, cr is nice, with ac, tv, e. Kettle and hot&cold shower. Two thumbs up!
All staff from reception to the restaurant made us feel as though we were at home here.
Any requests for advice or needs were met promptly and with friendliness.
Breakfast was terrific with a wide range of options. It was always readily available and very cheap. Shout out to Kuya PRIMO. Thank you!

I really recommend Chateau de Boracay as it is a good location for a stay in Boracay, we got a spacious room with good amenities, clean and affordable price for a room for 2. So near from everything you would want in Boracay as it is in the center part of the island (station 2) just over a hundred meters away (2-3 mins walk) to the beach, very accommodating staffs and with nice Filipino breakfast for us. I have been to Boracay a lot of times already and I know the ranges of hotel rates in the areas until I found Chateau de Boracay so when I come back it will be here again.

Because the hotel management will force check out a guest when the guest failed to extend by 12 noon.

Good place to stay for budget travelers and vacationers. Room is clean, beds are comfy and the bathroom/toilet is spacious. The free breakfast is just average but good enough to fill an empty stomach.

We stayed here 3 nights and 4days last march 10 — 13 with my friends. We're a group of 12 pax and we really enjoyed our stay here. The staff always smiling and ready to accommodate our request. Room was spacious enough, love the bed its like a 5 star hotel standard. I highly recommend this place. The price rate is very affordable and competitive. Will surely come back and book here.

Good place for a big group, but nothing special. The room want cleaned everyday and the staff want very attentive. No towels were given after multiple times asking the staff. Location is confusing. The main reason I give it a 3 star rating. It's behind another resort and very difficult to find. At night, I had to walk through the bar and restaurant of another resort. I think a 3rd resort is located back there, but it's all very confusing. The tricycle drivers don't know the location of the place. If you're staying here, tell the tricycle driver to drop you off at la carmella. Then walk to the beach and right about 50 meters and ask around for the location of Chateau de Boracay. It's not terrible. Just the location and inattentive staff gives it a low score.

Lovely room, comfortable beds, w amazing, kind, & super accommodating staff! 2nd stay & can't wait to go back. Staff is personable, thoughtful, & truly goes out of their way to ensure you will enjoy your stay & the island of Boracay. Beautiful Restaurant w free breakfast made delicious Filipino comfort food that made us only want to eat there. Feels like home away from home! Hotel has a cool, clean, modern, tropical style! Wonderful experience! Highly recommend!
