Thanks Vincent for accomodating us in our needs… The room is clean and quiet. No problem with the aircon and shower heater. A bit far from D'Mall but will definitely recommend for a nice stay.

The stuff are friendly… and I'd liked the room it's comfortable. There's a bit problem when it's raining, but it's ok. And there's a kitchen to cook your food.

Just loved the design of the room, well taken care, clean and comfy… we got more for a very reasonable price. And thanks to the management/owner. He was very friendly and took extra mile to fulfill our expectations during our stay… Would definitely recommend this place… and will revisit again if got a chance.

I'm not sure where to start, I chanced upon his listing at the very last minute but it was the best decision I've made — the studio rooms (I stayed in two different rooms) look exactly like the photos — clean, modern and absolutely comfortable. The location was easy, 60 steps to the beach, at Station 3 where time stops when you gaze afar during the sunset with a beer in hand. I can go on and on about Toy's place because there's honestly nothing to pick on — however what made my Boracay trip extraordinary is Toy. Toy is far beyond just another Airbnb host, and I am really proud to have known him now as a friend. Sincere, generous, and always right there for anything you need assistance for and to make you feel at home. I've always been offered freshly brewed coffee, recommendations for the day itinerary and asked if I needed anything. His spontaneous and helpful self has proven that any difficulties you face in the island, he will do his best to help within his means. He has truly lived up to the spirit of Airbnb, and it is because of him, his team, that has made my Boracay trip not only a memorable one but a trip I will remember for a long long time. I will be back — anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Boracay, Toy's place is THE place.

The room is very clean. It was with room kitchen. Long you can stay. The staff is very kind. It was a pleasant stay in their thanks. Unfortunately for it not a little better road to have recessed.

Fast Wi-Fi, quiet location near the white beach, great service and very clean. Aloha mi amore, that would be I call Toy (owner) next time I am in Boracay. This brand new accommodation is not your traditional room but a 1-room studio apartment. It is definitely much bigger your than most rooms on offer in Boracay and all accommodation has a kitchen. For those you like to cook or just prepare their own meals and food, an ideal accommodation to book. Location is perfect in station 3. It is not a beach front property but less than 200 meters from the famous white beach. Aside from the loveliest owner Toy, the best part of 812 Angol is the being in the middle of the local Boracay residents, not only tourists next door. After travelling to Boracay for the 4th time, station 3 has become my favourite area as it exudes the old Boracay I know before the millions of tourists arrived in the last 5 years. And accommodation wise, I also found and new oasis to spend my days (maybe months in the near future) in Boracay. The 812 Angol also provides all the necessities of a modern accommodation, very good mattress, a powerful aircon, hot shower and a kitchen to boot. Aside from all of these, the best about this place are the staff, JAY and the ever charming TOY. Toy is almost a local after living for in paradise for 88 years and knows all the ins and outs of the island plus all the nicest places to eat and visit. Nothing beats a local, especially if he is named Toy.

A beautiful, very clean, and quiet suite within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. I loved having a kitchen and a little dining area. Wifi is a big deal to us and this place did not disappoint. Wifi was fast and reliable! The host and staff was extremely gracious and helpful in giving us tips on how to make our trip memorable and fun-filled. Overall, I highly recommend this place! We will definitely be staying here again soon and make it our home in Boracay!

The apartments are very well designed. Its a balance of design with function. Its very well equipped plus you can cook. The service is fantastic and the units are impeccably clean. Also, Wi-Fi is quite strong compared to other areas on the island. i love this place that I wanna stay long…

Had a nice stay in these lovely apartments! Just about 100m away from the beach (Angol is nice as it is quiet and not crowded). Place was clean, Wi-Fi was good and decoration was stylish. Definitely recommend it!
