Place had affordable and good tasting food plus offers awesome entertainment. What more can you ask for?

Nice location, very convenient. Hotel is nice and is accessible. Pool has a good view of the beach and ocean.

My family went here for dinner and we almost starved to death because of their poor service we waited for the rice for almost an hour. We went there 7:30 and they served our dinner almost 9. Worst experience. My family swore that they would never eat there again. Lol. We would have left our order but we were considering that if we left they would charge it to their staff.

Really smelly hotel. Located in the middle of the most central part of Boracay so close to everything but a very crowded. The rooms were still quiet. Wouldn’t recommend this.

Very slow in preparing dishes.

We stayed in premier suite king bed beachfront with veranda for 3 days/2 nights. The room was really spacious. However we were welcomed by a millipede inside the receiving area and it seemed like their safety deposit box weren't working properly. Inside the room was a king bed and a posh tub positioned at the end side of the room near the TV that is attached on the wall. Water was drippig off the aircon and had to use tissue and a floor mat. Sink needs to be checked as water gets stuck unless you take the cover off manually. The complimentary breakfast choices were not that good. You need to be there really early so you can still enjoy bacon and mugs for your coffee. Building is needing a maintenance as you can see elevators rusting. As soon as you go out the veranda, you will def not miss what they are cooking as the smoke goes straight to you. They also have really few beach beds considering the number of the rooms they have. On a good note, I loved their housekeeping team! Always hapoy, friendly and very accommodating. This place is for you if you are ok to hear performers/bands till past midnight.

The hotel staff was very nice and you couldn't ask for a better location if you're into the party scene lot of action lot of people always a musician playing every night I would definitely recommend it if your into a lot of action. **The Wi-Fi does work the problem is their system so when you check in ask for extra Wi-Fi passwords you're going to need them.

Clean and contemporary. Big rooms and rooftop area is nice. Right next door to d'mall but can easily be overlooked when walking by. Convenience store right outside. Lots of action.

Best place to stay in Boracay. Right in the center of the "action". They have live bands at night where you can just relax and listen to.

Clean and tidy (every time you go into the lobby service staff will also help you open the door), remember to tip 20p every day!

Great location & very clean & spacious room. Nice view from executive room cause it having some private cabanas looking towards pool & the beach.

Was there again on May 2015. Pricing seems to have increased a lot, it's even higher than Boracay Mandarin hotel. But I still choose back Uptown due to e pleasant stay last year with e staffs. Loves e friendly staffs there. They have a new building with a new swimming pool which had a bad feature. I hit e stairs in e middle of e pool which is linked to e room. What a bad design… How do we know there's this stairs right at e bottom of e pool? It left a big long bruise on my feet… Breakfast buffet improves a lot compared to last year. More varieties & bigger area now. But 1 major thing that made me lowered my ratings was e Wi-Fi. Had a really bad mood connecting to e Wifi… The management should do something to it. What's e use of having good staffs when simple things like Wi-Fi is so lousy. And 1st 2 nights we bathed without heater in e shower till 3rd day I complained then they send ppl to change e heater. And 3rd floor & 1st floor swimming pool doesn't have towels anymore. You have to take from 1st level check in counter before u go swimming. Went during April 2014. Love to laze in e warm infinity pool during evenings while watching e sun goes down. Friendly Staffs like Ellen & Diane helped us to book e Ariel's Point without needing to go to Station 1 ~ Rooms are clean & tidy. Though breakfast is simple but edible. Best part is that, D'mall is just few steps next to resort.

Nice view, nice staff, nice people, 4/5 for the room. Not to sure about the food, mainly because I didn't eat there. A bit pricy compared to other nice resorts there.
