I stayed there for more than a month and when the time I need to leave, I was sad because everyone was so nice to me and seems like there are my family already. There's no such thing as a perfect hotel but how people treated me seems like a fantastic hotel. Looking forward to stay in this hotel again in the future. Especially when there's power outage here in Puerto Princesa, I can call them anytime to pick me up here!

The restaurant view is very beautiful and the pasta and pizza are delicious. Especially, pasta was authentic pasta without instant sauce. I had the most delicious pasta in Palawan. The rooms were very beautiful and soundproof and well-equipped. The resort is low price, but it is excellent.

The view is the main attraction. Hotel staff service is again top notch.
A little bit slow waiting for dinner, but it’s worth it, delicious and fresh.

Great foods, all of the staff was great from the driver who picked up us from the airport, the concierge who welcome and guide us in the room, the staff in the restaurant were very accomodating and also the barista in the 360⁰ bar The hotel view was amazing very quite and relaxing. We'll surely come back again ❤❤

Location is a bit remote from downtown Puerto princessa but that was a selling point for me. It is a beautiful hotel the pool srea is nice and relaxing. The staff is super freindly.

Good place to relax and rest. The employees are polite and very friendly. Also, the rooms are very clean and very quiet to stay. There were no any issues. This is not a resort problem but so many vloggers and reviewers were disturbing while swimming and while eating in resto without any excuses to other people.

It's a very nice mountain top resort with a panoramic view of Honda Bay and Palawan Mountain Ranges. This hotel has a roof top bar, convenience store, restaurant and a swimming pool for amenities. Very pleasant staff with great service. Wi-Fi ready also. It's a bit of a drive to the city maybe 15-20 minutes but very nice.

Beautiful veiws. Very friendly staff. Great room size and decor. However, it's a little overpriced for what you get. TV didn't work. The food was underwhelming, average at best. Shower was great but has a weird design flaw in that it looks like it should have a door but it doesn't. This would be fine if it was a wet room but it wasn't. You get a very wet floor as there is no drain outside of the shower. Excellent pool, very clean and a nice size, with of course the lovely view of Honda Bay. They could do with getting more seating by the pool though. Plenty of room to, unfortunately many people were laying on the hard ground to sunbathe. All in all we enjoyed our stay, but would not book again.

The new hotel is located next to the bread (15 points on foot), but also beside the sightseeing racecourse, the disadvantage is that it is too far away from the city and it is inconvenient to go out.

The restaurant was a little disappointing: Caesar Salad with soft bread instead of croutons, the tuna tasted old and very chewy and the seafood pasta was rather a tomato pasta with some chunks of fish. When we finished eating we were sitting there for half an hour and nobody came to ask if we might want a dessert or if everything was okay. But the breakfast buffet was good and made up for the dinner a little bit — and the staff is always friendly! The rooms are very nice and clean, spacious with comfy bed and amazing view! The pool area is nice and the staff always lovely. We loved our stay in this hotel and never got tired of the view over Honda Bay.

Very nice clean rooms! Fridge, laundry hanger for wet clothes. Shuttle service provided, after 7pm to 1am there are additional charges for the shuttle. It's a real nice quiet hotel a bit off the beaten path. Mostly no smoking, but is allowed in certain smoking area's. Beautiful panoramic view of woodlands and farms then at the perfect distance the ocean for sunrises and sunsets especially off room balconies. Very nice pool as the patio center piece. They even had a blow up goose for the pool people can ride on. Staff are accommodating and very helpful. The hotel is well managed by someone who cares about the business obviously. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to a close friend. It's nice!

The place is clean and comfortable. Food is okay too. Towels are not provided instantly. Need to request for it. Fridge not working. Broken. The location is remote to city center. Your only get away is the free shuttle to Robinson mall which starts at 11pm. Otherwise, you are locked in to stay in your room. Other activity is swimming at the pool only. Ranch Mitra and bakers hill is nearby but not walking distance. My rate is high 3. Staff are courteous.

When the weather is good, this place has the most gorgeous view of the sunset i've seen in this city. A 270° view of a colorful dusk above mountains and the sea. The attendants are quick and polite, too. The room with balcony facing the pool is really nice.

Superb retreat in a wild nature around you with a magnificent 360 view: mountains, sea, meadows, sky. Unbelievable location. Fantastic personnel, perfect food, excellent value for money!

Panja or locally known as "PAN-YA" is a peaceful and serene getaway in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. The place is a bit far from the buzz of the busy city square. The hotel offers free transportation to and from the airport and also to the nearest local mall — Robinsons. If you plan to get tours to Puerto Princesa Underground River, Honda Bay, El Nido, and other destinations in Palawan, Panja can help you book these tours. Food in the in-house restaurant is not awesome and the dishes they serve are very limited. My personal favorite meal though is the buffet breakfast which is complete with bread, cereals, fruits, rice, coffee, juice, and several viands — just perfect to help you start a long day of adventures and activities in this great island. The place has limited number of rooms so you are assured that it will never be as crowded at the other hotels within the city. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The frontdesk though is only manned until 12mn and the pool amenity can only be used until 9:30pm. We stayed in Panja to relax and experience Palawan, and it did not disappoint.

Relaxing location. Amazing service, if visiting Palawan this is a great place to stay, does not feel crowded! Rooms are very clean and the bar 360 is a great place to spend a couple hours in the evening. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed a calm relaxing stay at this beautiful resort. All the staff provided exceptional customer service. The courtesy van that took us from the hotel to the town was excellent. Lovely breakfast. Overall great value for money.

What a beautiful slice of Heaven! This place was only just finished in 2016 I believe, so the facilities are fairly new. The place has a beautiful atmosphere and views to the east. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the food is very well priced for a resort, in case you'd rather rest and not go into town. They also helped to arrange our tours for us, and motorbike hire if we had wanted it. It's an absolute gem, you will like it. A lot.
