➜ Was only for one night but nevertheless I want to briefly describe my experience :Very friendly staff, rooms very good again and again gladly.
The place is so cosy, attendant was polite, within the heart of the city.

The room and the bed were extremely small for two people and on top of there was no warning about the room not having a window while we were making the booking. To make the matters worse, I was double charged and while staff is polite, they're definitely not efficient. I had to wait a long time to receive my refund which, in the end, was done with the incorrect amount and was send via a different way than agreed which means that nearly after two months I still don't have the money and I won't be able to cash it for another two months. Absolute nightmare.
