This is a nice surprise! Commendable. It's not the newest, state-of-the-art place in town, but CLEAN, we'll kept, and with efficient, warm housekeeping and front desk staff. Bathroom and CR clean, which is very important when finding accomodations. The whole place is not claustrophobic, and breathes new air to the concept of quarantine facility — — and literally, as guests are treated to a nice garden view through each unit's front window. 🤗🌳🌱🪴🌻👍👍👍

Great ambiance, location, and helpful staff… and yes the beds are big and comfortable.

So clean! Spacious rooms. Bed is even larger than a Canadian king size! Nice clean pool! A blow dryer is a nice touch because I don’t travel with one anymore! Bar is open all day if you feel like lounging around the pool! A very nice breakfast included where you can choose Canadian or Phillipino style! Friendly helpful staff! Also great value for cost!

Great location and Great Service! The staff is very friendly and go beyond and above to satisfy any request. The breakfast was enough food for the day. I highly recommend this hotel!

I highly recommend this hotel! Their customer service was superb, choices in their breakfast menu was very good and yummy, always very clean surroundings except for occasional visits from stray cats, we felt very safe and secured there, and it was in good location. The only very minor request I have is to please get rid of very old/torn bath towels. Otherwise, we had a great experience! Our special thanks to Pau, Jun, Patrick and Roland (I think) and to their chef. Also, thanks to Mars for making our reservation possible… To the owners of Dolce Vita, Robert and Elsa, You bring the best of your staff. They are always happy to help and worked as team. Please continue to make Dolce Vita the best place to stay in Puerto Princesa and with reasonable rate. We hope to see you guys in our future visits. Very Satisfied Customer!

Best hotel in Puerto Princesa.

Cleanliness, privacy, amenities and staff all first class.

The place is beautiful and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Very nice room, nice ambiance, very accommodating. I love to stay here. Plus they arranged tour.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay on this hotel and very thankful because of the following:
1. Free Airport transfer
2. Nice, clean and big room with welcome drinks
3. Friendly and accomodating staffs
4. Good and tasty breakfast plus attentive and kind server…
5. Unli coffee
6. Free use of table tennis
8. Swimming pool (but not tried since our 3D/2N was full of outside activity)
9. Gym
10. Allowed us to safely leave our baggage at the lobby and use the public shower since we came from island hopping activity that day. Towels and soap/shampoo were also provided for our use.
11. Van driver assigned to us from/to the airport is very kind. He even allowed my mom to passed by the pasalubong store to make last minute shopping.
12. Separate cr and shower room which is good since we got a family room. Some minor issue that needs improvement:
1. Encountered problem with the TV signal on the 1st night and since its already 8pm, no more hotel technician to attend.
2. Aircon needs repair. The "air swing" function was not available.
2. Housekeeping did not fix our room or even check the room right after we had our early checked out on our 3rd day. We left the hotel and was transported back to the airport by the hotel van at 4pm. But while at the airport waiting for our flight, that's the only time I realize that I left my extension wire that I brought to the hotel.

Service A+… homey vibes… warm smiles, good food, chill place. Affordable rates for such superb service…

It's like a rare pearl in the ocean. Very clean, all staff were very accommodating, friendly and respectful. If and when I come back in Palawan I will surely stay here again. I will also recommend this enchanting place to families and friends.

We received an excellent service in this resort, from picking up from the airport, to every detail of of our staying whilst we're on a short holiday in palawan, to foods and back to the airport. Surely, we'll recommend it to our family and friends and every time we come back in palawan we'll go to Dolce vita resort. :)

Very nice place and good service.

I have nothing but good to say about this place. My wife and I started staying here in 2009. I has been a secret treasure since then for us. Off the main road you would miss it driving by, but OMG its worth finding. Classic bungalow rooms in a smaller style hotel. There is nothing like Palawaan! Dolce Vita has a great staff and ownership, combined with classic colonial details and nice bar and swimming pool. Great place for newlyweds couples and even a young family. Be prepared for the 5 am call to prayer, the muslims are respectful and loving here on this island. Ask for anything, the staff are accommodating! Day trips to El nido and the underground river (8th wonder of the new world) it is worth the drive or bus! Dolce Vita can give you things to do while you are away from the bed! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

Excellent value! £44 for a luxury hotel with pool, garden, excellent food, free breakfast, lovely rooms with four poster beds and excellent ensuite bathrooms with reliable hot water. It is quiet and peaceful and only 5 mins in a trike from the airport.
