Good food and affordable. I like most the lunch buffet. Healthy choice.

Accommodation is good, good service, clean facility.

Not a friendly place to stay. Underestimating their guests. Unfair treatment. Not a place to recommend. The waiter is not attentive as well. They are nit even giving menus to the customers who came in. They only waited to be called for the menu. Or might be they were just choosing their guests to accommodate.

The rooms basically are pretty dated. You can tell by their TV sets and the absence of a bidet in the comfort room. Beds are still comfortable though and sheets are not that old. Front desk is responsive but room service is rather slow. A big plus is its location; it's really at the heart of the city.

The food is okay but the service is not that good. Maybe because the hotel is fully booked since it was year-end.

I stayed there with my husband having flown in from Australia the same day. Firstly they had lost our reservation and we had to pay extra for a larger room. This would have been ok but the room was disgusting the smell from the room was really bad. The carnet was stickey and smelly The sheets dirty as were the towels and the cr and shower were also very bad. IT was a very dissapointing experience as my husband nas stayed here before but the HOTEL nas really gone down hill over the last few years. I have been employed in the HOTEL industry in Australia for over 10 years and do know what I am Talking about.

Nice clean room on 5th floor where I stayed but they are not offering breakfast inclusion to business traveller. Good food but a little costly. Corteous personnel.

I stayed there from Feb 25 to March 1, 2018 room 505 1. Comfort room: the hot water shower is superb. Clean and has fresh and look new towels. With exhaust fan and with soap and shampoo. You should put a men's shampoo if the guest is male… there was no bidet. Rate: 4 2. Airconditioning is superb and looks new that comes with a remote control: rate 5… 3. TV is the old box type. You should replace it with not less than 32" flat led tv. It will save you with electricity cost. CNN Philippines and Basketball TV signal is very poor. Rate: 2 4. The bed and bedsheet is very clean and orderly. The room itself is well maintain and smells nice. It has a clean tile floor. Rate: 5 5. Coffee with cream and sugar was provided in the room with water heater pot. Alternative sugar, choco or milk should also be provided for those not coffee drinker. Rate: 3 6. Others: there should be a mini or personal ref in each room. Rate: 0 7. Front desk is very accommodating. Rate 5 8. Laundry service should improve. Rate 1 9. Breakfast is not so good and not so affordable. Should be included in room rate just like a standard practice of most hotels. Rate 2 definitely I will return! overall rating:
29/9 = 3.22 with 5 as the highest.

Accessible place since it is located at the heart of the cities. You easily go wherever you go around the city. Transportation is not a problem.

They have vegetarian buffet at a very affordable price… eating healthy.

Very Bad needs improvement & total renovation of the building… There's a mice in our room and when we first enter the room/check in it smell cigarettes smokes… I hv requested for an air freshener…

Obsirvation for discustion about project of DAR (MINSAAD).

It's a nice hotel with a very helpful staff. It is very clean, the rooms have newer TVs, cable and free Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, I decided to pay for breakfast ahead of time, when I checked in. The breakfast was a buffet and everything was cold. My only other negative comment would be that they clearly use bleach on the bedsheets but not fabric softener.

Its an old hotel in Cagayan de Oro. Its a landmark hotel in CDO. It needs a renovation badly and a parking lot.

This place is very convenient and we felt comfortable during our three-day seminar. Their foods were so delicious and nutritious.

Hi Good Day! I would like to express my disappoint to you supervisor, Kay Ong. I'm not sure if that's the correct complete name. She need to undergo seminar or refreshment on handling guests. She's very rude. I spoke to Grace the front desk via phone and inquire for availability for a suite room and a deluxe room. Grace provided me the available rooms and the rates. I informed her that I'll call back after 10 mins to confirm and she said yes. I understand that rates and rooms are subject for availability from time to time, and it may sold out in a minute. However, when I call back less than 10 minutes after my first call, Kay Ong answered the phone, (Grace told me that she's the supervisor). She was so rude. When I was about to tell the dates she said immediately "we're fully booked! " with a very strong tone. I informed her that I spoke with Grace and she said you have availability. I don't know if she's really a supervisor or what ever is her position, she needs to be polite and practice excellent customer service. The guests are the one paying for her salary. Bullshit Supervisor!

We were just there to fetch our daughter who was attending her school's Fine Dining Event. While waiting we had mango shake and chicken sandwiches. The staff were nice and the food was decent. I've also attended Toastmasters meetings there before and the food has always been great. Have to try checking in one of these days. (", )

Great location. Good services. Great meal selections. But I think renovation is a must. The rooms and lobbies were creepy. Appliances were old. Other hotels have greater offers with the same price.
