Security at this place is poor, my phone was stolen from my room when we went to get food. CCTV was conveniently ‘not working’ — they would not take responsibility and had outdated locks. No safe in rooms and cramped homeless hostel type conditions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, I feel the phone going missing was an inside job by staff, the door was locked and was locked on return. Only house keeper and waiter has the key. Something is dodgy about this place.

Would I say great dont need ang big room. Just to get some rest. Wifi is great, aircon is very cold. Dont charge for addtional pillow n blanket. You pay when you check out. Would recommend this pension house. Walking distance from qyala n gaisano. Great job rich manor. Unlike budgetel. Opposite. Pay for addtional pillow. Pay b4 you can go to your room. Would recommend agajn rich manor.

Value for money. Don't expect more. I definitely would stay again.

Walls are so thin and there's a large enough space under the doors to let all noise in. Needless to say, did't have a good sleep there at all because of all the noise. On my first 2 nights there, some people were actually arguing and there was this one woman who keeps screaming. The staff did nothing about it. The beds are comfortable enough and the room price is affordable. But the rooms are old and some parts are falling apart. There was lots of rust in the toilet and the toilet door handle is so rusted and is breaking into pieces. Overall, there are better places to stay in Corrales area.

It's a very comfy and relaxing place. The area is also accessible. Just that some of the door knobs are rusting.

Old pension house however in entire Cdo this is the only hotel that allows your furbaby (pet) inside the room which is good for us who travels with our shihpoo ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Stayed here many times already and will still love to come back. The location is very great since it is in the central part of the city. Can be a starting point to many places. Clubs and restaurants are just nearby and malls are a ride away. Very crowded street especially weekend evenings due to the clubs. Very affordable rates. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. They usually attend to your requests. The only reason I gave one less star is that they need more staff to make the cleaning done. Sometimes so many guests coming in and going out they couldnt cope with the work due to less number of staff. Nevertheless, I still think this hostel is great! Would recommend it. :)

So far the best rooms for the price. Saying that, we can't really expect much since it's cheap. But the location is very good. In terms of service, they are not proactive. You have to tell them what you need and they'll provide accordingly.

The place is nice and it is not costly. Their rooms are clean and their staff are courteous and friendly.

The room is quite small. Funny but the blanket is quite small too although the pillows and the bed is comfortable. The room has a hot and cold shower.

Cheap rate. Hospitable staff and very assisting. Roooms need renovation. Other than that this place is perf. It is at the heart of cdo. Near malls and other establishments. In other words. You get what you pay for.

While there's no elevators, the rooms are affordable and aren't as tiny as other cheap hotels or inns. It's a good place to stay. It's near the mall and it's pretty quite despite the place to be surrounded by bars.

For the super budget conscious traveller. This is the place. Location is at the center of the city. Walking distance to Centrio.

The place is old, it gets a little creepy. The room we got had a bulb that keeps blinking.

No frills accomodation and it is near a lot of establishments and stores.

The place is okay for the price. Aircondition and shower heater are properly working, bed sheets and pillows are clean. Location is very accessible. However, the room is not that spacious for 3 people to move around. Bathroom have rusty door knobs. Ours have a broken shower head holder and bent faucet in the sink. Wi-Fi signal is low to none inside the room.

I think it needs renovation, the CR's door was rusty! Dili pa jud ma lock! HAHAHAHA.
