Super Weak AC. God knows I didn't sleep good. Broken toilet door lock, front desk impolite and unhelpful. Spent almost an hour in their very small lobby because they have slow Internet and couldn't verify our two family rooms booked online — to think we gave them the printouts already. Very sarcastic attitude. — Good price and good parking space yun lang.

It says 198 pesos on the advert, but this is only for a single person. Two people would be 700 pesos. So, I left the place puzzled.

Bad customer service, dirty linens, lacks professionalism.

We used the twin bed.
— Ok ang aircon.
— Ok ang internet.
— Ok ang mga tao sa front desk.
— Ok naman yung mga request ko.
* like room overall clean/change towel/blanket.
* asking hot water.
* how to operate their TV Downside, no door of CR only curtain-the only problem in case the smell/odor if you use for ____. Overall: good service.

We stayed there for 12 days. I believe this review's reliable & accurate one since matagal tagal ang stay namin dito. Location — accessible! Peaceful naman Room — their room's fine. Not so big, not small either. It's just enough for the price. We got the "cab" room type. Wifi — it's so-so. Intermittent Wi-Fi connection. Minsan mabilis, minsan hindi nagloload. Nung duration of stay namin, nawalang ng internet connection for 3 days due to PLDT issue daw. AirCon — great! Malamig ang buga ng aircon. Maybe because, the building's new. I applaud them for that.
Television — Cable channels were available but faulty ang mga remote controls. For 4 days, we need to wait for an available one kase sabi ng frontdesk staff, kelangan pa maghintay ng mgchecheck out. Nung meron na, sira sira lage. Mga after 6 days pa talaga, before kami naka tiyempo ng gumaganang remote control.
Housekeeping Staffs — they're amiable & polite. Mabilis ang response pag may complain ka or request. Good job! Security Guards — They're approachable and welcoming. Kuddos guys! You hired the great ones! Front Desk Staffs — 0 ang customer service dito. They're unfriendly & unaccommodating. Busy sa pakikipag chismisan. It seems like they're unhappy with their job & pumapasok lang dahil sa sweldo. They can't even welcome you with a simple greeting! Ex. Good morning, etc. They don’t smile either. Most especially, the girl with a chubby cheeks, fair-complexioned, na laging nasa graveyard shift.

The staffs are very acccomodating and the place is clean. What I can only suggest is for presence of telephone in each room so we could directly call for whatever concern that arises while staying in the hotel…

Their service is not that good. U always need to go out of your room if you have questions or if you need something. Walang phone sa room. Meron ngang libreng water, but U need to provide your container para makainom ka ng tubig, mas worse pa U have to go down just to get water. Not the same with some hotel I stayed in the past U can always ask for water, cold or hot any time. 24hours yung service. They cater to anything U need.
