Stayed here for two nights. The rooms are okay and spacious. It doesn't look modern but it is really comfortable. Had our wedding reception here and the function room, food and service are great. The price is also affordable. Highly recommended.

I like to go here not because my wife is working here but also the food is cheaper with great taste. Also the ambiance is good and relaxing.

Photos can't give justice to a beauty this place is. Yes, it's quite old but the details of its interior is amazing. It was built with passion, as it was decorated and designed well. Visit it yourself, to see what I was saying. Most especially their function halls.

I have stayed on one of their hotels before, there was no improvement even until now. I have also attended a few events in their activity centers and they are still the same since the first time I have been here. The place was made to look more contemporary or new from the decorations made by events organizers.

This place depicts luxurious life at its best as it contains different kinds of rooms available and different event halls for parties, debut, weddings, or formal events for businesses. There is a pool at the roof deck that people if you want to enjoy your day with a relaxation in the water. This hotel is very near in the heart of the city which you can enjoy different attractions, schools, or even the malls with a ride through a jeepney to and from the hotel.

Fairly good Wi-Fi connection. Hotel facilities is quite old. It's needs updating.

Located near limketkai mall, robinsons mall, and shopwise and only walking distance to cogon market. Rooms are clean and linens and towels are being changed daily. Can choose a variety of good food. Can also enjoy the pool while listening to live band during weekends.

Old mansion style and cozy for the traveller to stay. The crew are hospitable to their guests. In addition their food are delicious. I enjoyed my stayed because of the good ambience of the place and the rooms.

It's a pretty dated hotel, classical with a great location. You can easily get a ride — taxi or jeepney — from the hotel's front. This is an updated review after I've seen some recent renovations. Some rooms don't have windows so best to inquire about these if you are claustrophobic. It still has it's quaint old hotel lobby and bar where you can just sit around and do some people watching. The staff are courteous. It's not bad for a couple of nights.

Picture perfect. The welcoming lobby is crammed up but upstairs is very spacious.

Hotel personnels are very accommodating. A lot of of colkections were you wl njoy taking pictures.

It is always our venue for our regional meetings and everything about here is fine for me.

The person on the phone was very rude. Sounded angry and interrupted me a number of times. I ended up booking at another place.

We had our HS homecoming dinner at the Pearlmont rooftop. The place was spacious. It had a nice stage and bar. The staff was courteous and cordial.

An old but goody place to stay… it has antique interiors that reflects philipppine customs and traditions…

Good accommodation and best service.

The hallways are quite narrow. The function hall offers wide range of food choices. Great lighting, air conditioning, sound system. But I don't like the idea of the band's stage as they are situated at the back portion of the function hall and the parking spaces across the hotel.

Probably will book another stay. Nice rooms at a very reasonable rate. Good room service and a complimentary breakfast. Very accessible as it is just a walking distance from Lim Ket Kai mall, a short ride from Divisoria and downtown, access from the City's night clubs and leisure center as well. A great value hotel for business trips.

Classic and Chinese vibe. Ambience is great and rooftop bar is fab for a good night out with friends.

The staffs and crew are friendly… And aside from the accessible function rooms. You'll find the whole place very enthusiastic. I love their Vintage style. And overall a great hotel that everyone deserves to experience.

The place is nice. But the staff is not very attentive. I requested water for our room and it was never fulfilled.

The place has an ostentatious display of Filipino art and architecture. Their food ain't that bad either. However, I'd much prefer natural light in the morning in my room.

This is the place I really appreciate most. Rooms are affordable, clean and beautiful inside and out. Food are delicious. Hotel staff are very approachable. Above all, housekeeping incharge are very honest. I forgot 4 new polo shirts which I hang in the fire exit near the window and surprisingly retrieve it when we return after 3 months. Thank you!

Yes, the interior design of this hotel is gorgeous but our room had bedbugs on it. The staff were great except the reception area who never utter a greeting or a hello not unless you ask them about something.

I appreciate the staff of Pearlmont Inn: they are very friendly, professional, and are always ready to help. Their food is to die for and their coffee is the best coffee I have ever tasted. The staff worked hard to make my two-week stay at Pearlmont very comfortable. I must say they all deserve a raise:). I will be coming back to Cagayan de Oro in more than a year and guess which hotel I will be staying:). Keep up the good work, guys!

Very elegantly-designed hotel; the furnishings and colour schemes have a unique "antique" feel to them, plus the service is excellent. I highly recommend staying here.
