Delicious food NOT so expensive The owner is friendly and approachable. The view is lovely. Peaceful place. We love the coffee, lekker! Highly recommended!
I have stayed at dozen of resorts in the Philippines. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. And I would say one of the luxuries on this Island. The staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. The booking manager is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. The property is clean and has a fantastic old-time charm. The downside is sometimes the internet is not that great but 5G is soon will be on this Island so this is not a problem anymore. But I can not deny that overall their amenities are excellent! The owners are friendly and open in every topic of conversation. You won't get bored at all. If you want to travel to Tablas Island then I highly recommend this place. Overall, I had an extraordinary experience!

I and my friends had the worst night experience and treatment from the staff. The first two experiences were actually great, not until we had our third. The staff named mae (if i'm not mistaken) was obviously not well-trained in terms of hospitality management. Aside from being poorly-trained, her rudeness was tantamount to her poor costumer service. We were four people by five 5 pm, plus two friends who were about to leave after our dinner. Mae was throwing suspicions to my friends as if they'll stay the whole night without paying the excess number of people, which I can read between her lines. When it's dinner time, I personally asked if we could borrow an extra plastic chair just to enjoy the whole company around the dinner table. The guy named benny bluntly spoke, "we don't allow guests to borrow our chairs". He's a match to Mae's rudeness. It was around 10 pm when two of our friends came — the other two during dinner had already left right after. Since the front desk and kitchen were already closed by that time then, we just planned to report to the front desk and pay during check out. We were talking and swimming at the pool by that time when that "Benny" guy approached us in an ill-mannered tone of speaking. He was insisting why we were not reporting the excess people. Also, our voices were too loud (Which we acknowledge). They could've told us in a nice manner because the way he treated us was far different from treating costumers.
