Mosquito Haven — Villa Jhoana Resort Staying in this place is a nightmare, no class and very unsanitary. For the price that we pay its not worth it even a single penny. The room is filthy, feels like it was never clean in a decade. The moment you step on the floor, our feet turns black, used napkins all over, not working AC and worst mosquitoes infestation. Please see pictures attach … they should not be given a permit to operate but I guess the owner has a connection in …the City Hall … Worst stay ever! The owner should know the standard and have a better understanding what a customer service in a hotel/ resort coz she can travel all over the world. We suppose to stay for 6 days but we check out the next day because my daughter is crying and full of mosquito bites! This place is a liability and a joke at the same time! Definitely a scam! Our relaxing stay turn out to be a nightmare. Don’t fall for the pictures that they post online! Wait there’s more!
No towels available for use.
No parking … you cannot even get inside due to several bikes and motorcycles blocking the driveway.
3am — there’s still loud music, huge crowd partying.
Front desk and staff non existent.
The restroom has no privacy no shower curtain.
Putting guests at risk pf breaking their neck and bones … accident waiting to happen!
Not a PWD and kid friendly meaning not family safe place to stay. We may not your target market, it maybe only the locals, walk ins but you should deliver services that listed on your site, all your customers deserve it.
