Excellent Customer Service 😊 Kudos!

Too many mosquito inside the room, bed sheet is dirty, the pool is dirty.

The best Resort you can found in the east. A Family Friend Resort were freedom and privacy is important and staff are very helpful-friendly accomodating. Thank you.

Staffs are well accommodating… We stayed here for overnight and the rooms are very spacious… we'll definitely go back.

Very bad service, since day we've been complaining about the water in the toilet and the dirty bath room they just keep saying ok they will see to it but it will take the whole day before they could see the problem. Bad service, bad place.

Nice place and friendly staff. It is perfect for families and friends. You would legitimately feel that you are living in a mansion.

Mosquito Haven — Villa Jhoana Resort Staying in this place is a nightmare, no class and very unsanitary. For the price that we pay its not worth it even a single penny. The room is filthy, feels like it was never clean in a decade. The moment you step on the floor, our feet turns black, used napkins all over, not working AC and worst mosquitoes infestation. Please see pictures attach … they should not be given a permit to operate but I guess the owner has a connection in …the City Hall … Worst stay ever! The owner should know the standard and have a better understanding what a customer service in a hotel/ resort coz she can travel all over the world. We suppose to stay for 6 days but we check out the next day because my daughter is crying and full of mosquito bites! This place is a liability and a joke at the same time! Definitely a scam! Our relaxing stay turn out to be a nightmare. Don’t fall for the pictures that they post online! Wait there’s more!
No towels available for use.
No parking … you cannot even get inside due to several bikes and motorcycles blocking the driveway.
3am — there’s still loud music, huge crowd partying.
Front desk and staff non existent.
The restroom has no privacy no shower curtain.
Putting guests at risk pf breaking their neck and bones … accident waiting to happen!
Not a PWD and kid friendly meaning not family safe place to stay.

If you're looking for a good place to relax and unwind at a very affordable price I would recommend villa jhoana resort. The room was clean, the staff are nice, mapapa feel at home ka tlga and most of all they have a strong internet connection.

The place is close to all amenities, things to do etc. Thats why I rate it 5 stars love it.

They have 3 in 1 swimming pools, one pool with straight slide for childrens, 1 pool with curved slide almost 9meters heights for adults, and 1 jacuzzi. By the way before I almost forgot, the swimming pool for adults is built-in light in pool or they called disco pool with little waterfall ~

We went here on april 19-20 overnight, and we walk in around 11pm (6pax) and they are able to accomodate us. The place is great relaxing, the room is clean and there is a bathtub waiting for us! Complete facilities like ac and hot water/cold available. Mini ref and kettle. We have booked the family room and we are satisfied with the room. The staff is accomodating and very easy to talk to. This is a plus! Cons: I suggest that you need to clean or replace the water in the swimming pool very frequently, the smell of chlorine is very strong and the water is not clear (sobrang malabo na and ndi ko na enjoy ang swimming). Cguro dahil peak season na din. I can recommend this place. For Group or couple staycation. :)

Recommended for a quick family outings.

Very convenient to anywhere⛽ it was fun and awesome place. Probably we will cameback on summer time.

Says onething then when already in the venue suddenly changes the rate. The pool is unclean. Poor customer service.

Nice pool, friendly staff, don't accept credit cards. Can be noisy at night.

Water is dirty and murky. Bathrooms are super smelly. The place is small too, easily crowded.
