Very good geographical location, just along EDSA, near Camp Crame, AFP GHQ, food chains and other key locations. Rooms are affordable, not that clean but cost-efficient.
Too small room, I know this hotel falls on lower category thats why we've got what we've paid for but really rooms are too small.

We booked only one night here as we were on the transit through manila, coming from Baguio City by bus and taking the next bus to Legazpi at 8am the next morning. We arrived quite early and decided to stay in and order food as there are not many options there to eat.
The room was very small and basic. The toilet wasn't properly cleaned, there was still hair from previous guests. The street is extremely loud! And there was no stopping, it was loud the whole night. The Aircon is way too loud to sleep with, adding to the noise from the street. The curtain can't really be opened, it fell while I tried to do that.
But the worst of all were 2 baby cockroaches in the room! I don't even know if it was only two or if that was the only ones we saw but it's hard to sleep with that thought…
Also they had no Wi-Fi as apparently it was 'broken'.
We wanted a place to sleep before our long bus ride but unfortunately that was everything but relaxing and we didn't really manage to sleep well. Wouldn't recommend staying here, even for one night…
