Simplicity and courtesy is what I found. Also put availability and cleanliness. It was the first time I stopped at this hotel bed and breakfast, I was told it is new management and I have to say they run really well. Comfortable rooms simple but cozy.

I chose it because I could bring with us the Maya, our dog (a Cavalier king). As there are not many hotels that accept animals a applaud to them that are sensitive to this issue. Segnalo excellent cuisine and good breakfast. Close to the beach.

The hotel is 400 meters from the beach which is reached in 3 minutes on foot.
You eat very well (see photo) and breakfast is very satisfying.
For the rest… All tidy, clean OK, Wi-Fi is available for free…
Finally the price/service ratio is great.
Recommended.

What matters to me in a hotel here is: Beware of customer needs and cleanliness. The new managers have been making the effort to provide a better service than in the past who, they told me, pursued them some more.

I recently stayed here with my girlfriend and enjoyed it very much. Very friendly Staff and very helpful They told me it changed management recently and I must say that the new one is just working great! I will definitely stay here again this summer.

I put 1 star because when they passed The trains (more or less every 10 minutes) you could hear a lot of noise and in the bathroom we saw that there was toilet paper that for sure was waterfall inside the toilet and had not been changed and the room was not very clean and that's why And The prices are low.

AVOID! We booked this hotel in July 2017. When we arrived we were very disappointed. My 12 year old starts crying and wanted to sleep in the car! Rooms are more like prison cells than 3 stars hotels! Tiny rooms with very dated second handed or even worse furnish. We were unhappy. At the top of this we quickly realised there is a train just next to the hotel. I was going to cry myself. No air conditioning in July is a tragedy! My one year old was sleeping naked. Sweating and crying. All of us were sweating. So uncomfortable! We kept window open at night but it was not getting cooler anyway, instead we have train noise all the time. Balcony has a metal barrier so when your neighbors are on it it feels like they are on yours. I felt very uncomfortable watching people next door in they bed, and I knew they felt the same way when they on the balcony. No privacy. Micro toilets cry for refurbishment! You can't get shower without splashing waters absolutely everywhere! They are so tiny that you almost stand on the toilet when you shower. Our room was tidy only once! Our towels were never changed. Beds were only tidy up and floor was brushed. Downstairs you can be sure that girl who owns the place will change nappy of her 2 year old daughter in front of you! Very disappointed over all. I could not stay they any longer and we left at evening time. We realise that we left behind PS vita, game console on the window.

Horrible experience! One star is too much for this hotel. Noisy from train tracks. No air condition in the middle of July in terrible! Forget about clean towels or bed. It won't happen. As long as you stay you use your towel and same bed sheets. Interior straight from prison cell. Owners who steal gadgets when left behind. Disgusting toilet. Tiny rooms. Owners impolite, stay away! It's not worth!

Rested in July at this hotel. I'll start in order: this hotel is near the railway, which race every 2-3 minutes of the train from a speed of 300km\h. A particularly unpleasant Night — waking up to the noise, dream bad dreams. Very small rooms, two less, if one is lying on the bed, the other does something. The "balcony" is a strong word! There is one chair (and at check-in was very dirty) and all. Things dry nowhere, and even the beer there is drinking. Further the bath and the toilet, and so on. The premise of 3 sq. M. On which are placed the toilet bowl, bidet, washbasin, and shower just stuck in the wall, which sprinkles all around when using, respectively, no ventilation, but dries more or less quickly, though the floor is in the water. By the way, there was no bidet faucet, to use it will fail. He was cleaning the room every day, towels changed every three days, but if asked, on the floor throwing was afraid, suddenly will not change. Linen changed once in 10 days, and also the reminder. And the disgusting coffee from the coffee machine! Dinners were better — on the order of three dishes. Absolutely no fruit.
