Thank you La Casita Mercedes for your hospitality. I fell in love with the house the first time I saw it and they were kind enough to accommodate us for our wedding preparations. It has a very good location. Restaurants are just stone's throw away. The house itself is beautiful and has the bright and airy ancestral house charm. Each room has its own bathroom so it was very convenient for the whole family. They also have a kitchen and dining area where everyone can eat. I would definitely come back to La Casita in the future.

It was a joy staying here. Got to walk around and discover the area. Well preserved house. Loved the breakfast and the accommodating staff. I was there more for the ambiance and restful stay.

Could not sleep — the rooms are not sound proofed so you can hear people in the rooms next to you. At breakfast we were again woken up early by the noise. Beautiful house inside but not much point staying in a house with a nice interior if you can’t get any sleep!

Courteous staff, location close to many good restaurants and bars, and rooms are comfortable. Overall a really good choice!

Beautiful little casita in the makati area but more in bel air and publicion. Eye for detail in furnishings. Super sustainable… Breakfast was awesome! Try the omelette.

We paid $45 a night breakfast included for 2 so our review will reflect this reality. A beautiful heritage house turned into a mini hotel but kept all elements of its past. A wonderful place which you may call Home. You will feel it as you step in. The smile of the unassuming staff, a cordial welcome with nothing fake in it, the beautiful dog, the lovely reception area with the white staircase, the cozy kitchen and the tiny but cute patio. We recommend pillows to be added to the wooden couches and chairs which could make it even more inviting! Our room featured a twin, kinda small for two bed, the room size was just okay, it was clean and there was solar-powered hot water, we did not bothered by the street car noise. There was some painting going on in the small patio area around the time we stayed there. The surrounding area, a stones through from La Casita, is full of good to great entertainment options, all with a wonderful laid back dress down character and joyful unpretentious crowd. We recommend it: 1. If you travel on a budget 2. If you got tired of star rate hotels and crowds 3. If you’re looking for a new experience 4. If connecting with people means something.

Love this vintage inspired bed and breakfast. Clean. Very accomodating staff. Just a suggestion, hope rooms would have TVs. To fit in in the interior design, you can have an analog TV, the old one, yung matabang TV. But overall, the place is great! By the way, sana mapaayos ng konti yung loob ng old Mercedez car at the garage para mas cool!

Staff is trying to be helpful, but they have some strict rules, which are not written anywhere. The strangest thing is when you come back, they open a small door and they check who you are, and why you have guests. I don't recommend them at all!

Quaint little B&B tucked away on a quiet street near the "fray" of Makati. Was nice to walk everywhere we needed to go while keeping some peace and quiet in the middle of the city. Very clean accommodation, friendly, personable staff, and an in-house Golden Retriever!

I loved every minute of staying here, it was such a privilege. I could spend all day admiring the architecture, interior and the little details. The staff are super nice — if you needed anything just ask, breakfast was delicious (freshly brewed coffee, pandesal and scrambled eggs-yummm! ) and the price is definitely value for money. La Casita is now our go-to accomodation in Makati and highly recommend it to our family and friends. … Thanks again for hosting us and we will see you soon!

I love the vibe of the hotel. The Staff are very efficient and friendly. Located just a 5 minutes walk away from Makati Avenue, which makes it virtually near restos, mall, shopping mall.
