Good Accommodation and hotel staff.

Services and accommodation are superb except for Wi-Fi connection needs to improve a little bit.

I stayed here while waiting for my swab test results prior to leaving the country. The room including its furnishings and upkeep is good, service is good. Wifi can be improved as web pages take time to load and there's a lot of buffering.

A very marvelous place with a good restaurant, Trionfi, scrumptious food and the place is also best for art exhibitions. 🌸😊💯👍

I love the neo classical design or old hotel vibe of the place. Great for business travelers. Rooms are a tad small for families but get the adjoining suites if available. Great and professional staff. I like that its full service even laundry even in pandemic times. Location is topnotch as its on Makati central. Lot of banks restaurant and convenience store in the area. Easy to find for ride hailing transportation. Would stay here again if travelling alone for business.

The place where we hangout to meet for lunch with my former co-workers from ICON. The place is cozy, nice ambiance, classy and very accessible. Tried their Japanese Restaurant HATSUHANA TEI at the 2nd floor or the COCA CAFE at the ground floor. This hotel is ideally situated along Pasong Tamo in Makati infront of popular Japanese Restaurants and Makati Cinema Square.

Old school, old style classic ambience. Interesting interior design. Relaxing atmosphere. Location is close to main arteries in and out of Makati.

The staff is awesome. Rooms are big and the roofdeck is amazing!

Very accomodating staff… my daughter is happy that she can swim at the rooftop thats why I must say Im happy too Definitely a nice hotel for the family… true value for the money.

Very good hotel in a run down area. The hotel is superb, large rooms and excellent airconditioning. The staff is very friendly and always eager to help. The only downside I found was that from 8 am in the morning until 5 pm there is alot of noise coming from the street, not the hotel's fault. I suggest a room on the upper floors.

Good food at Hatsu Hana-tei.

I recommended this hotel to someone because of the ambiance. Most of the staff are kind and accommodating. Yong isa lang ang hindi ko gusto na may Pa-SOP pang nalalaman. Mahilig manita. Ipipilit ang gusto. Akala ang kausap ay criminal. Kung kailan malapit na macheck-out yong guest saka sita ng sita. Be careful to some pig in the reception. Yong room keeper nila minsan nakakalimutan maglagay ng toiletries. Sana sa sunod hindi na ako ipapahiya sa guest ko. For those staff that they’re doing their job nicely… thanks and God bless always! I like the service and food in COCA Cafe. Thank to the management.

A lovely property for couple on holiday. Nice decor, rooms are spacious, clean and bathroom is well stock toiletries. Breakfast is excellent and the front staff is well mannered and helpful.

Amazing staff. Rooms are good. Everything else you need is just nearby. Mall, banks, bars, etc. Kept on going back here for a couple of years now.

Staff was good, assistance was prompt. The amenities are a bit dated (gym, pool), but my whole experience staying in there was good.

I love this Hotel They have a very accommodating and friendly staff. I love the junior suite. I kept on coming back and having a staycation in this hotel. The Lechon kawali in their restaurant is awesome just tell the staff to make it "extra crispy" Thr bed is huge. Comfort Room is clean. Room is spacious. Great value for money. Fyi its not that expensive. Ived been a loyal customer since 2010. I tried the Jr Exec Suite (my favorite) Exec Suite and the Presidential suite where my team had out photo shoot Its near ayala, moa, and manila. Love it. Only down side is the parking, just ask for valet.

Herald Suite is one of the nicest place I've ever been. They have friendly staff and delicious food too. I recommend to try their dishes and newest additional to their cocktail menu. They used Intramuros Liqueur de Cacao, Paradise Mango Rum Liqueur, Manille Liqueur de Calamansi and Dalandan and so much more. You should try it too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Stayed here in December 2017, the hotel is located in a narrow lane near SM Hypermarket. The staff is always at their toes for any of your request and try their best to make you feel special. We stayed in the Deluxe double room, its quite large for the price we paid, all the things in the room from as big as chair to a little as writing pad had awesome build quality. The bathroom deserves a special mention with a awesome tab. The complimentary breakfast served was one of the best we had during our entire stay in Philippines, made fresh just for u after u order. Overall a fabulous experience. Must try.

I really like this place. The price for a room that looks like an apartment. For some reason, the other pics I have was deleted from my phone. But the room my husband and I had was awesome. I wish I could have checked out the pool though. They have Wi-Fi! The food, awesome! Wish it was 24hrs room service. If you wish to go to this place though, it will be easier to book an Uber or Grab car cause it's not easy to find it if you don't know Makati. Some taxis doesn't know the exact place. So I had to find the address and describe what I saw on the map. Lol.

This hotel is so relaxing. It feels like I own the place. The room, the pool and the sauna are so good. And the breakfast is delicious.

Well organized hotel located in front of little tokyo.

The hotel's interior is a stand out because of the antique looking furniture. I liked the soothing piped-in music playing all throughout the building. The room was clean however the pillow given to us had stains on the case so I asked for a replacement. The bathtub was small same with the beds since there was no available king sized bed that time. The Housekeeping staff was very helpful especially Anne who was pleasant and charming. We just wish they would serve buffet breakfast. My kids had a great time swimming though I noticed there was no lifeguard around. Location is near a mall and a lot of Japanese restos. We will be back here for another staycation.

I stayed overnight as I was leaving to return home to sydney Australia the next day. The service was exceptional and the facilities were exceptional. Strong recommend.

Not up to the standards. Horrible Wi-Fi, not coverage everywhere, and even the areas with coverage, the speed was extremely slow. Dated and almost yellow room. Cleaning was subpar, including the phones almost being furry from all the dust. Most positive thing was how awfully nice all the personnel where at all times!

Cant compalin! — sheets smell good, bath room is immaculate, carpets are vacuumed and customer dervice is exquisite.

Comfortable hotel. Rooms are a little bit old fashioned, but are really big and cosy. And the staff are super nice and awesome! They also arrange transportasion to airport and hotel is really near shopping mall Cash&Carry. The sauna and pool on top of the roof and the view on the city were great.

Regular business hotel. A little bit old interior. Sometimes noise from outside can be bothersome.
