The hotel is not far from the square, the staff is very attentive with the guests, in the restaurant of the hotel recommend ordering the regional Chaufa, so I also recommend renting rooms with air conditioning. As other comments are mentioned you will hear loud to the other adjoining rooms. Outside of that the place is quiet, has a nice pool, everything is clean and tidy and you can eat food and drinks and you will be charged to the check. I loved the city of Tarapoto.
