Not impressed by the main lobby area. Nice restaurants and cafe but not a lot of space to hang out like you would expect from similar hotels. Also, the fact they don't have a rooftop area or restaurant on the main level is a missed opportunity.

Great hotel! Awesome service and friendly staff. The facilities are also great. I would definitely recommend the gym and spa.

This is the second time I stayed in this establishment. The hotel is very good and the staff is very friendly. The Maras restaurant is spectacular.
But I'm not going back. I have been staying 5 days and the first I received a letter in the room where I do a charge of USD200 for smoking a cigar in the room. When making the reservation it is not indicated at any time that it is a non-smoking hotel. By putting a complaint for this fact I indicate that you put it on the form that is signed when you check in. I might put it on, but in very small handwriting no one reads. They just tell you to sign here to give you the room key. They also tell me that it is indicated on a poster on the desk. In my case, that sign was on a small bookshelf next to the minibar, not in sight.
I don't think anyone is willing to pay 200, 000 for smoking a knowing cigar.
They may be satisfied that they've won 200, 000, but they've lost more than 2.000 that I have spent on this stay for a next time as I travelled a lot to Lima. Enjoy them but they've lost a client.

I was able to spend the weekend with my pet and had bed bags plate. A marvel that they are petfriendly. All very kind to me and my family.

This hotel is amazing, they did not only make my birthday experience amazing, they also made me feel at home.

But what a nice hotel! Every time I enter I am impressed, all full of flowers, always with a smile of the workers. I really like the coffee that have put forth the desserts and the Capucchino uff!

The rooms of events like, the attention of waiters, coffee break, screens, audiovisual system, we were always well attended. Fundamental point for the event to be of quality for our guests.

Enjoy the swimming pool on a relaxing day. They gave me a day of massage all me engrier. Sali renovated.

Hotel with event rooms of varying sizes and comforts. Excellent decor and good service. Air-conditioned, has parking, is located in a prestigious area, with security, close to main access roads. Recommended for corporate events and others.

Very poor attention, much delay if one pays for a good service this hotel does not give you any better I do not recommend this hotel. Bad experience.

As always, great atmosphere, ample spaces for the lectures and conferences, the staff very attentive, but it would be better that when paying the parking there were modules and not the time to leave.

Gorgeous rooms. The bathroom is everything. You can hear some street noise during the day but it wasn't enough to bother me.

Great hotel with high quality facilities and located in a good part of town. Lots of department stores on the same road with a supermarket within walking distance.

We came solely for the breakfast and was amazed by the selection and quality of food. They have great Gluten free and vegan options. Their juices are freshly squeezed! Served by one of Westin's finest, Renzo, who made sure that our coffee was always full and made our experience that much more enjoyable.

Amazing customer service, one of the best hotels I have been to the people here are great at there jobs and will do anything to make ur trip as best as the possibility can!

Very good but the first time I missed no good sign to access the halls but that happens only the first time you go.

Westin Hotel in front of the Javier Prado. One of the streets if not the most elegant and modern way of Lima. To visit.

Read the fine print on your contracts. Some documents required at check in were not offered in english even when requested. Not the best value.

The bed is advertised as heavenly or something like that, and indeed it delivered. I have back problems but slept amazing in this bed, waking up fully recovered. I used the amenities very briefly, the gym only. Went by the pool, which looked very cool. Only thing that bothered me was the exaggeration of prices on minibar ítems. I usually consume them but refused to pay their prices. I mean… $10 for a frickin water?

Beautiful hotel, nicely decorated, modern and with good service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very attentive and speaks English and Spanish. Your lobby is comfortable to sit and wait or to chat with someone and you can order food or drinks. The restaurant is somewhat expensive for the quality they have and/or amount they serve. Also, the cost of transportation on behalf of the hotel staff is high.

The hotel looks nice and the rooms are good. The service however, needs work. Plus, they have some draconian laws against photos of the hotel which is crazy in this day and age. If you like taking pictures, ignore this place.

Great hotel. Clean and modern. The executive rooms are well designed and spacious. They have access to the club lounge where breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be served. They also have transport service for pick up and drop from and to the airport.

The most wonderful hotel, probably the best business hotel in all of south america. Location is great, though not close to the ocean, but directly in the financial district. Like all Westins it’s perfectly managed with great attention to detail. The hotel is fairly new, so the building is very modern and one of the prettiest one in the city. Highly recommended in every possible way!

Modern, spacious Hotel with good internal views. High ceilings, has restaurants, bars, gym area, swimming pools among others. They also have spaces to carry out events of all kinds. Good views of the city from the highest floors.

One of the nicest Westin ever, I've stayed worldwide! Stayed here 4 nights in January 2013, everything was perfect, the hotel itself, architecture of the 21st century + nice interior design, lobby/rooms/restaurants. It's just like a «W» hotel! It's the tallest tower in Lima, as well in Peru. The staff was kind and friendly with smile, either the doorman, security agent, concierge, front desk and as well the waiters at the restaurant. There's a lot of staff everywhere, big change from North America where you have to look for someone sometimes to get help. So that was nice to see that we could have answers+service from everyone. The rooms are nice and big. Food was good (ceviche/soups/breakfast buffet/pisco sour) at 770 Market restaurant. You got free Wi-Fi in the lobby. Nice big pool. If you don't want to use their private expensive taxi at the entrance, just go in the streets in front of the hotel, there's always a yellow or white taxi passing by and you will save your money (sol) for something else. You got shopping malls (Ripley) + coffees (Starbucks) around the hotel, less than 5 minutes walk. 10/15 minutes from Miraflores depending of the traffic. A very nice stay at the Westin, I really like it and I suggest that you stay here either for business but as well for leisure. If I return to Lima, I'll probably stay here again.

It is very cozy went after the cpncierto of One Direction by bad luck but a drink this expensive and one day stay to feel the same as 1 d.

Today I went with my dad and was good-natured had enough people who spoke English, I did not know q had been ONE DIRECTION there but had gone where was your room :-).

Chevre is my dad me conto and at hotel was one direction and best thing that my dad works to there parties in Christmas Halloween ect.

The Hotel infraestructura is great, but the service is really bellow what you would expect. Like you have to wait 15 mind to check in while three employees are discussing one guess question, or 10 mins to be seated for breakfast in an empty restaurant.

This review is for the Maras restaurant at the hotel, NOT the hotel. Maras: The ambiance and decor are very modern (non-Peruvian) and somehow "sterile", you can easily picture yourself being at an airport having lunch or dinner, or at a very modern restaurant in NY or San Francisco. That being said the food is great. We went at lunch time around 1 pm. Lima time on a Friday, there weren't a lot of people at the restaurant but they still took almost 1 hour to bring our food. I guess quality takes time can be used here. The dishes were amazing in flavor and quality. Arroz con Pato ordered by the patriarch of the clan with roots north of Peru, where the original arroz con pato was borned, was cooked to perfection. I normally don't enjoy duck that much, but this dish was great. The rest of my family ordered Lomo saltado, seafood, carnero and was great too. Will definitely go back in my future visit.

Located in the heart of Lima, the hotel has excellent facilities including a heated indoor pool, a 24hr gym. The main restaurant" The Market" offers local and international cuisine.

I stayed for a night in the ambassador suite which is supposed to be the 2nd best suite the hotel offers (next to the presidential suite). The room was huge and gorgeous, very good taste in the decoration and high quality furniture. It had a great view of Lima from multiple angles (I think it's half the area of the whole building). Internet service was awful, had a hard time connecting to Wi-Fi, they didn't solve my issue. Hot water coming out of the shower was warm, not hot. Although the general experience was good, I was really disappointed by those two things, taking into consideration that it's one of Lima's top hotels.
