We booked for 5 nights for our honeymoon, left after 1st nights. Blood on bedsheets, water stains on the curtains, lumpy pillows, shower head green with scum build up, overall not clean. I emailed a very nice email requesting a refund. No response. I've since emailed 2 more times and Facebook messaged with no response. So disappointed.
