I was there from Tuesday 1/03 /2022until Saturday 5/03/2022 and it really was the best decision.
The place is cozy and really wonderful especially to relax and connect with nature.
Spending time with family and feeling really great because the staff are very attentive and really think about everything to make your stay the best. From the reception staff, the restaurant, the bar, the guys in charge of brightening up the days with their different activities and all the organized programs it seemed to me a great idea to spend some wonderful days. Spacious environments, clean, tidy and beautiful rooms with their terraces and very cozy. The service is A1 and so is their food. We really have spent some amazing days with my niece and I hope to return soon to be able to do the activities that I missed and to be able to continue enjoying everything they organize… Congratulations and many successes.

100% recommended that beautiful place to share with family and friends, I highlight its beautiful environments, cleanliness, good treatment, delicious first class food, all fabulous. Special thanks to Mr. Gustavo in the buffet area and Meliza in the botijas bar. We'll be back anyway.

I do not have the words to describe how impressive it can be to live a holiday in the dunes, the heart is its staff and each of those who attended us seemed family, always attentive, always with a smile, always impeccable in their words and image. Their protocols were non-negotiable, for you and for me. And food is an explosion of flavors on the palate. The food is really luxurious. I loved it so much that I will be back at the end of the month for my birthday. I recommend them mega. It's worth every sun.

I wanted to thank the hotel for providing us with many facilities in our mandatory stay in Ica for the unemployment. It provided us with facilities in both lodging and food. The service was always excellent both from the cleaning staff, guys from the activities, waiters, etc. I would like to emphasize the very good attention of Mr Marco who is at the front desk.

Country place with many activities for kids, good service from the staff, very good food at the bar near the pool. The main attraction is sandboarding and horseback riding.

Fantastic hotel just a step away from the moon. A holiday village with valid services. Clean. Nice pools. Great restaurant.

Was ok, better for families with small children. Ok escape from Lima's cold weather. Drinks poorly made, Duna Dollars useless, as u have to wait till Friday to spend them. Good food, good service, olde hotel but adequate.

Nice staff and breakfast was included. The showers were terrible though! Also had a nice roof top where you can Chill.

Excellent resort for families with children. Lots of activities for the whole family during the day, night shows, nice and clean swimming pools, green areas, tennis courtyard, horses, lakes, bicycles, sandboarding and much much more… absolutly recommend it, worth each coin.

So much for kids to do! Sand boarding, climbing the dune, horseback riding, lots of animals roaming around, great buffets and chefs that were very accommodating (happily making us vegan dishes! ), heated pools and water slide, bikes and helmets, big playground, lots of games and contests to keep kids entertained, nice bar for parents, security and clean grounds. Very picturesque as well!

Good hotel, many amenities quite clean and good service. The food is good. The Wi-Fi is very slow in the rooms. I found two heated pools in the winter season. The others were cold.

Excellent weekend, ideal to be with family, with various activities for everyone from the smallest to the largest, also has an access to a dune where you can snowboard.

I went to spend my honeymoon already 5 years ago and everything was excellent. Customer service, cleaning, food, shows, facilities, gym, and even the nursing that I put malita, it was all a treatment of 10. When I return to Peru I would return without a doubt.

It was a wonderful weekend that I spent with the people I love most, I enjoyed a lot of their pools, animated games, the Green field, lagoon, its dunes, children's play environment, very clean and cozy environments with a very pleasant and friendly staff at all times, ah of the services of the breakfasts, lunches and buffet dinners very excellent.

Was waiting for a bus here and they had free Wi-Fi and the AC was really nice.

Fun place for kids and families. We came during the low season (early May) and it was quiet and a bit chilly in the morning. It was warm during the day and we were able to do everything without a lineup. Sand boarding was fun, horseriding was interesting and the pools were well maintained. Everything closed up earlier as the sun went down by 6pm, but it was still very good. The buffets had significantly smaller selections than during the high season. There were nightly dinner shows, which was family friendly.

Good Hotel in Ica (I stayed in 4 other hotels in the same month) old fashion simple designed rooms, expensive mediocre restaurant best part is the beautiful privet park around the hotel, perfect for young families PLEASE NOTE — this family friendly hotel charge 30$ for baby crib — per night!

It's a nice place to go with family and spend fun time together. The most activities are carried out in the swimming pools (they have 5 for adults and boys). The staff is very friendly. Good breakfast Nice facilities.

We took the day pass with our kids. Cost 100 sol for adults and 65 sol for kids on a weekend. Includes an excellent bufé lunch!

Large hotel complex with numerous swimming facilities The spa area is very good. Selection of drinks and food also good hotel. Very friendly and courteous staff. Luggage can also be stored in the hotel at a later departure without any fees.

Without a doubt a beautiful place to stay in which you can recreate pleasant moments either to the solitude and company of the dunes or next to your family. It is a very pleasant place and that will allow you and those who visit you a day full of relaxation and so on. It's my favorite in my beautiful Ica dear.

Lots of people, very small beds (choose large bed option, the bed that Dan is of square and half and more looks like a square), extra bed is a cot on the floor and they charge you as king size. Repetitive breakfast, more or less. The pools were fine, but many people, Piqueos well, would return only in low season. There are activities for children, that's very good.

I am from Peru, and I visited others places of the same status, and I am in shock, I feel so complaints because it's equal of the others countries, really, good for your managers.

Too expensive, paid over £300 for 3 nights. Breakfast extra on top, alot. Of money just to sleep there but the grounds and pools were nice.

I totally loved this place its a 4 star hotel but the experience was like a 5 star hotel! I totally recommend it if you ever visit Ica, Peru.

I came for the first time with my wife for our Honey Moon, now 18 years later I am back with my 3 kids. It is definitely a family Welcome Hotel, so many activities, delicious food, sports, everything it's awesome…

Excellent place, full fun!

I am staying nearby in Ica, and Hotel Las Dunas has been burning their trash all day (before 9am to after 5pm so far). It makes my eyes sting and makes me caugh if I sit outside, where it's otherwise a beautiful day. Some locals have the same complaint, but calling the police doesn't help because the hotel is so big / has so much influence. Ica itself is great. Come to Ica to see Nazca historic sites, Paracas beaches, go on Pisco tours. But find a more responsible host than Hotel Las Dunas.

Hotel love the dunes for service and beautiful experiences that tube aho climbing the dunes and down at my table, when you mount a horse, activities q list give you to haxer at night and other things like the buffet, love hotel dunes.

We were there for 4 days there from Thursday to Sunday and enjoy everything we do not stop!
Swimming pools and super they care!
The shows. You have nothing to envy to the foreign shows, my family and I traveled much and these were perfect.

Good service and infrastructure aimed at groups or family fun. Enjoy it much. The best: the horse ride, sandboarding and the ride on sandbox (tubular). Meets the buffet but it doesn't stand out against others. I recommend it and I will return.

To spend a few relaxing days is great, a very quiet place and plenty to do, walk over the dunes, the service is good and the kitchen is well cared for. The rooms have a good internet connection, satellite TV and all the main services.
