The atmosphere is cozy, I have returned after 10 years and the hotel has improved a lot.

Good service, nice, excellent Ica.

They do not comply with the verbal contracts offered and leave you obliged to take them because there is no longer time to choose another option, I do not recommend choosing this hotel.

I loved the service all very friendly, at reception I thank Mrs. Roxana super attentive, the retro rooms :) beautiful, very spacious, have balcony, air conditioning, cable, jacuzzi, all very clean, room service is quick, nice meals, has a very warm family atmosphere, would definitely come back.

No return on cost. It’s polished from a distance, but once you get close and really look, it’s not. It’s an attempt at an equivalent and has no right to charge $100 a night.

A very quiet hotel. The facilities are comfortable. The regular size pool. Everything is well distributed. We thought that by being full the hotel we were going to lose tranquility, but no. The American buffet breakfast is good. They have tours options.

I found it very nice and many green areas the pools very clean but with low lighting x the night the attention and the restaurant its very rich dishes the basic breakfast for the people q we stayed several days in the repetitive local, the full gym but some machines need maintenance very spacious rooms with their cold bar but the super noisy old fan should see air conditioning and the focus of my bathroom did not turn on call reception never answered but they are also very friendly and my kids are they enjoyed the same I appreciate your attention but consider my suggestions in a positive way! I hope to return soon Thank you!

I was staying on Thursday 8 and Friday 9 February I found very nice and cozy the hotel the clean pools the rooms and the bathroom spacious and clean, the beds very comfortable, the very delicious food was worth the investment, the attention of the Venezuelan waitress very good and the mo Excellent zo very friendly… The only bad thing was the unfriendly treatment at the reception of Ms and Mrs. X that I give you 4

Quiet place, ideal for work-trip accommodation.

The place is comfortable there is a restaurant within the hotel. The play area children must take care of yourself more and be better implemented.

They give you a nice breakfast but besides of that, their Wi-Fi is not really good and they don't have smart Tvs.
