It could improve the cleaning schedule of the rooms and the scheduling of the planned events (which took a long time and took place later than initially indicated).

Very nice hotel, eaten and attentive staff, in particular Wendy miss that serves breakfast, attentive, friendly and polite. The complaint is the many mosquitoes and flies.

I went with a group of tourists from Jaén, and were delighted by the service! It is very cute, its rooms, its swimming pool, the delicious breakfast buffet all of your infrastructure and if only we were 1 day because we had to tour all over Ica… I liked it very much and thank you to all your staff who helped me with my boys and girls great! That God I bless you, and keep on going forward!

The facilities look nice however all the time they spent pruning and cleaning. You could not use the pool or children's games, because they watered or were pouring fertilizer or insecticide. There was hot water at times, sometimes there wasn't. The dining room is on the second floor in another space but if they have a contract they send you to freeze in the yard you take cold breakfast and get sick in passing and if they are pruning you eat some dirt. Oh and there's a lady who's a bad grace who attends in the evenings and evenings. I was recommended the hotel too bad that I do not get the best impression.

I am writing to communicate my dissatisfaction with the service I have just hired.
Take the double budget room plus garage, taking into account that your elevator is bad and I will walk up to the third floor, that we have no right to use the pool, which I accepted. At no time was I told that the rooms were not the ones that were where we always got the almost 5 times I come to this hotel. Turns out I now have the view to the roofs of the surrounding houses and nothing they always gave me, that's a better view. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The srta who attended me in reception never told me anything and I was held in a high-hand manner, telling me that there is no manager until tomorrow Monday at 7am. He tells me that he "missed" telling me about the location of the room and that he can't fix the bad attention he's given me.
I asked him for the claims book, he told me that already, that it's available, I mean, I just have to complain.
I'll take the appropriate actions.
