I paid the reservation in full for 2 room in front of the pool but I was given a few rooms away without TV and lastly there was no light. They receive the money and being there they give you the rooms they want.

We were offered a quadruple room, we paid in advance and it turns out we were given a double room, we requested a cashback and it turns out we couldn't, there is no seriousness.

Beautiful lodging and very good treatment the next I return without hesitation I stay again… thanks for the attention 😘

Massively exciting yet quiet place. Incredible sand dune edging the oasis and across the road the oasis waters themselves. Impressive!

Clean rooms. Small, but you won't be spending much time in them. What puts it over the top is the restaurant. The best in Huacachina by a mile. Open to hotel guests only.

Pros: epic location, great sand dune access for walking and good breakfast and comfy beds. Hot water showers. Cons: noisy at night from the way the building is built, doors slamming, and we had a water tank above our room which fired up a boiler everytime anyone in the building had a shower or flushed their toilet. Constant noise until the water re-filled but all in all ignorable for us. Pricey for what it is but they can do that given the location and lack of competition.

Overall all excellent, the service of the staff impeccable, the hotel well maintained and clean, super quiet except for some very few misfit guests (unfortunately Peruvians) who believe that they are in a market and shout and make a fuss as if they were alone, (management should intervene in such cases), breakfast included super complimenter, food in the first restaurant, delicious, very reasonable prices, good and cheap drinks. A few things to improve for example renovation of pillows, mats in the pool poltronas, and if they put the pool tempered (today there are economical solar systems) it would be a total success.!, in summary super recommended.!

Our room was basic and a bit dim and dark but the pool made up for it in spades with the ambiance and setting. The restaurant was also very good.

This place definitely was one of the better hotels we stayed in during our trip to Peru. Reasonably affordable, nice pool, comfortable beds and right in the heart of the action. Would recommend staying here or at Bananas adventure during your trip!

Staff are really friendly and will help you with anything. Rooms and hotel are spotless. Great food for amazing prices. The best bit is the pool side bar and restaurant with great scenery ☺

At first, everything looks great. But booking a room $200 to be very disappointed with the room, that's a lot of disappointment. The pictures are misleading, there are two parts of the hotel, one with basic rooms (really basic) and another part a $400 with the modern rooms, we were made, and it was only when we arrived that we saw the deception. This being the places are very beautiful, the restaurant is delicious but beware, Huacachina is not a quiet place, it is a place where many young people to party. So notice to the sleepers or to those who seek tranquility in an oasis, abstain.

The problem is that you reserve a room 200 dollars a couple of nights because you see pictures of modern rooms, but once there you find yourself with a room not like in the photos… We went to report it and he replied that we had to pay 200 dollars more to get the modern rooms and then the hotel staff told us that we were not the only ones complaining. Just know this before you book.

With limited options in Huacachina, we chose to stay at this hotel. It was decent for the price, with a nice pool and restaurant. The rooms are older and quite small but comfortable. We would not have stayed anywhere else.

This feels more like a hostel than a hotel. Room is basic but super clean. No hair dryer in the room. Not sure if the front desk has them; didn't ask. The common area was very lovely and filled with flowers. The restaurant was pretty good and I loved the club sandwich! Offers great view of the dune from the pool and patio.

Didn't stay at hotel but came to see desert the nice oasis and ride in the sand dunes. Very fun and a little scary. Take sunblock with you as it gets hot.

Very good customer service, the room comfortable and hygienic (no tv). The large swimming pool is located in a beautiful area surrounded by green, like to enjoy the day. The restaurant has a letter with a variety of options, fruit juices, take a prominent role, we tried several, all very rich.
