Recommended place, the people who attended us were friendly at all times.

Excellent hotel, good beds and very special attention, recommended for couples, families and people alone ok.

Staff was super helpful, rooms were clean, breakfast was decent, and it was very safe. Laundry service is expensive but everything came back clean and folded. Walls are a little thin if you're next to the lobby, but it's pretty quiet overall. We stayed in 2 different rooms on either end of our Inca Trail hike and both were comfortable. They even stored our extra bag during our 4 day hike so we had less to carry.

Customer service by two employees in particular (Rudy and Anna) was excellent as well as the hotel restaurant. You must have the quinoa soup! Bathrooms are nice too. The only difficulty is that there is no handicap room and the floor is uneven for people that have additional difficulty walking (my dad had a leg brace). But the staff was very helpful for him.

We found the Los Andes very comfortable and convenient. The people were delightful and could not be more helpful. We chose a room on the street-side because it was larger and brighter and were pleased to find that the street noise calmed down considerably fairly early at night. Everything worked, the room as clean and pleasing. There was plenty of hot water which we needed. We would be very pleased to stay there again. We travel a lot, are mid-budget (American) travelers and we rank Los Andes well above average for the price.
