Great venue. Closeby to restaurants and San Pedro plaza. Decent room, just could be a little warmer. Good Wifi.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it was not pricey, very clean, super nice staff but I especially loved the fact that everything is on the same street. The street San Pedro where the hotel is located, you actually won't really need a taxi b/c its close to everything. That same street leads you to the Plaza de Armas (about 5 short blocks away) San Pedro Market (on the next block, if you see the picture I took from outside my window where there's a church, well right across from it is the market), several restaurant options and on the same block from the hotel there's a grocery store (we went there to buy snacks to bring back home. ) What I also liked, you could book tours with them and they also reserve our taxis when needed, I defiantly have no complaints with the staff. However, the following are the reasons why I didn't give 5 stars. I do recommend they need to improve in some areas to make it a comfortable stay for future guest. One issue is the channels, we weren't able to watch t. V because all the channels were just static. The other issue the buffet there wasn't a lot of option but it still filled us, but there was one day that we went for breakfast at a later time and the food was almost gone and they didn't refill it so from then on we woke up earlier (but I was still able to eat good from what was left). Also our room was by the window and you could hear the noise from the outside which was slightly distracting but its understood.

The rooms are standard. It seems to Me that the price is a little inflated for what they offer.

The stairs of the room where I was allocated were too small and wooden, left to view the bedding they had to collect from the rooms and in my case it took more than 5 hours to do housekeeping in my room, I left at 8, go back to 1 and still the bed was not lying.

Beautiful hotel I loved, the breakfast buffet with lots of delicious variety, the attention of the staff very helpful and friendly, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms optimal.

Good price, great location, the restaurant is not as good.

The hotel is well located and close to the Plaza De Armas, just 3 blocks away.
The service is good, also the breakfast, it has parking, which is something difficult to find in the central hotels. The cleanliness and cost of the rooms are adequate, it has Wi-Fi, air conditioning and restaurant sevice.
The reason I don't give you the 5 stars is that, it has 3 floors and the stairs are very narrow, uncomfortable and at certain points, dangerous; Which you are obliged to go up and down by the absence of an elevator. The check out or delivery of the room is very early, compared to the regular schedule that have other hotels.

This is a beautiful hotel located near the plaza central in Cusco, the staff is friendly and they serve a delicious breakfast every morning. The rooms have Heater and A/C. Very comfy and quiet. I recommend it very much.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We arrived at 5am and the night clerk was able to accommodate us into an early check in, we are grateful for that. They also arrange luggage storage and transportation. They are next to the supermarket which makes it very convenient.
