They are a true pet friendly hotel! They treated our dog in a wonderful way. The rooms are excellent, the city view is exceptional, the breakfast amazing, don't miss the makis and pizza. But all of the above would be impossible without the wonderful attention of ALL of your staff. Wonderful experience!

Hilton Garden Inn Cusco is a wonderfully beautiful hotel set on the side of a hill. Great views off Cusco. Lovely bar area and outdoor courtyard.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn before and after our visit to Machu Picchu. The hotel was great, would definitely stay again. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff is friendly and attentive. Special call out to Daniel in the restaurant. I came down to the restaurant in need of coffee, and Daniel gave me a little private tour of the courtyard, and told me of some great things to do in Cusco, along with some great places to take photos. He also then greeted me by name each morning, and even remembered when we returned from our seven day trek. Beyond the great service, the restaurant and bar are excellent. Great food and well-made cocktails. Only minor issue was with the showers. Took a little time to heat up, and sometimes had rapid temperature changes. To be fair, I stayed in a half a dozen lodges and other hotels during our time in Peru, and that was a very common theme. All in all, great hotel and excellent staff!

I’m not one to write reviews, but this hotel is hidden gem! Very clean, new, great food, and amazing customer service! Reasonably priced too!

It is a beautiful hotel, amenities were nice and clean. Staff were friendly and we felt safe. However its a bit overpriced and we were unaware of the 10% service fee. Plus no free breakfast we’d have to pay 55 soles $16 for breakfast?

Very nice hotel. Lovely staff. Hated staying here as it felt so clinical compared to other more authentic and cheaper hotels closer to city center. Plus, no free breakfast unless you’re a gold member.

If you are traveler that appreciates all the comfort and amenities of a Hilton hotel with an elegant Cuzco theme at a reasonable price, look no further. The location is a 14 minute walk from the main plaza (0.5 miles), which can be a positive if you prefer a hotel away from the noisy center. Rooms are very clean, modern and with great view of the city. Breakfast is great. Staff is very friendly and willing to help at all times.

Wonderful hotel. They have central heating, nice bathrooms and rooms. The room heater was a major thing that I didn't realize would make or break my comfort level and ability to survive the long days of touring and travel in Cusco. Unfortunately I stayed at another hotel with a group later in my trip for group travel and I could never get warm, was exhausted all the time, and got sick. The Hilton also gives you 2 bottles of water complimentary, which cannot be said for many other hotels in Cusco. Breakfast is great and they even let you take some snacks with you for the day. They have someone making omelets every morning. It is on a hill, but very close to the plaza de armas, not more than a 15 minute walk. Coming back to the hotel is all uphill though, so if you are not in good shape or are having issues acclimating to the altitude, I suggest getting a taxi back. I would highly recommend this to any of my family or friends.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked a room with 2 double beds for 4 people but on arrival they charged an extra $50/person/night! Shocking! Talked to the manager Jessey but she insisted it’s the policy even though it was not mentioned in the booking and the Hilton in Lima we stayed at had no similar charges. Very deceptive and misleading. Don’t trust Hilton anymore after this. The hotel is very disappointing for a Hilton. The “city view” looks out over cow pasture and dumpy houses. It’s an old place with no facilities, not even a hot tub or fitness room. Very disappointing. Again don’t stay here!

This hotel is a hidden gem in Cusco! Great service and amazing views of the Cusco hills.
To be faire is not very central but still only ten minutes walk from plaza de Armas.
But believe you me … is well worth it! Brand new, very quiet rooms, great breakfast and amazing customer service! Highly recommend it!

Awesome hotel with great views from the city. Only 15min walking to Main square but you will walk down a very steep street. Taxi recommended on the way back. Almost die walking back due the high altitude :)

A new good quality building with all the facilities required. Air conditioning efficient and easy to control. Iron and board in the wardrobe, also a safe. Tea/coffee facilities present. Fair sized bathroom but no hand-held option in the shower. Well-trained friendly staff giving excellent service.

Wonderful people. From the front door to the front desk, the housekeeping and the great people at the dinning room. People like Paul, Miriam and Carol at the front desk. Lisha, Edy and Mauricio inthe dinning room. They made us feel like if we were royal. They deserve all the credit. The hotel was superb, clean, great view. Delicious food. Recommended.

The Hilton is an excellent Hotel, good attention, has its rooms with good scenery of the Imperial city, the attention is good, its perfect buffet breakfast, and its menu for lunch also excellent!

Go to the restaurant. It’s amazing. I was skeptical because it’s a Hilton Garden Inn. But go — eat the local food here. It’s as good as the restaurants in town or better.

Staff were so friendly and realky helpful. Restaurant food was incredible! Amazing views, little bit out of the centre but it's only. A 5 minute walk (down lots of steps) or a quick cab ride.

Magnificent brand new hotel in the center of Cuzco (I took a good deal and the value for money was unbeatable). It only lacks a few small details to the bathroom (another hanger, a telephone shower, which is reached from below and a bench). Otherwise all very correct as expected from the Hilton chain.

Good location close to the main square of the city. Spacious rooms, comfortable, clean. The restaurant is spacious and has a spectacular view of the courtyard of the hotel with lounge chairs. The staff super friendly and helpful… but at the reception should improve a bit the level of attention of the tourists.

Good hotel, just what you need while in Cuzco, although the service is great, the bar should be kept open a little later than 11pm, and as far as the restaurant, it should open at least from 4am, most of the people staying are going to Machu Picchu and in order to catch the 7:20am train you need to leave no later than 5am. Everything else is just perfect. Keep up the good work.

As is typical for Peru, the staff isn't known for their hospitality. It would be nice if breakfast was always included with every room. The rooms were clean and elegant. The food was delicious, and there was even a flute player serenading us at breakfast.

What a beautiful hotel! Front desk was super friendly, and was able to check us in early. From start to finish, this hotel was perfect. I don't speak much Spanish and everyone, including the housekeepers, spoke with great English with me. The hotel itself is stunning. It sits on top on a hill and has beautiful views. It looks exactly like the pictures.

A confortable and visually attractive place to stay where in Cusco. The hotel building itself is like suspended on the hill, you should take le the lift and go down for your room´s floor. Beds are really relaxing and rooms a little bigger that onter Gardens, Courtyards or Sonestas, if you know what I mean. In the 3rd floor there´s the business center with books about Peruvian history, a must. In the same floor there are a cozy balcony, bar and restaurant. The Bar as the balcony have a very warm space to share with family or friends. Do not forget to try the Trout Ceviche, delicious or a variety of Pisco coctels. The hotel it´s located near the Downtown plaza, it takes around 10 or 5 minutes to get there. But if you are not familiar living at more than 11000 feet, consider to take a taxi. Uber´s fares are the best, try to ask for them. The best of the hotel is that is pretty easy to get there, airport, downtown or Poroy train station. Room's amenities: the common, plus hair dryer, iron, coffe and tea bags for selfservice, a good storage space for cothing, Direct TV (if you have children do not forget to activate family safe), a nice desk, Wi-Fi, air conditioned (a very good one). Drawbacks? you should get just one or two bottles of bottled water for all your stay. The bathroom door, at least ours, has a lock that is not possible to easily open from outside if somebody gets inside. Our experience there was amazing, comparing Cusco and NY Garden´s facilities, I choose Cusco.

Such a great experience! During breakfast they ended up running out of my favorite cereal, and when I asked them they immediately got it for me from out of nowhere! All the employees are so friendly, and the room service is great. I totally recommend this hotel if you are visiting Peru.

Was her 4 nights in june 2017. This hotel was fantastic. It must be new or, if not, whoever did the renovation should get an award. I was impressed by the cleanliness, politeness of the staff, and the hotel/room conditions. The room was a good size and the bathroom was gorgeous. I'd absolutely book this hotel again.

Clean hotel, good location, reasonable price, and great breakfast buffet. Complementary coca tea offered in lobby. Tap water smelled a bit funky, but may just be the water in this region.

I really liked this place not only for the good taste and the sophistication with which was decorated the hotel, contemplating the most mini details to make the guests feel comfortable as in their home, but also and the most noteworthy in the Hilton Cuzco was the warmth and human quality of its employees, from the Lords who encontraaban at the door, the receptionists, the valets who served us breakfast, the chef, Angela the waitress of the place, the cleaning staff all wonderful things, really made us feel their kindness and respect showing a great human and professional compromizo with their work.

I'm a Diamond Honors member of Hilton. In the last year, I'd estimate that I've brought over $6, 000-$7, 000 worth of revenue to their hotels because I choose to exclusively stay with them during work and personal trips. I booked a room here back in June, and spoke to someone from the hotel to ensure that I could use my points; points that I've earned as a loyal customer to the brand. Unfortunately I was not informed how many hurdles I'd have to leap in order to utilize the "rewards" that I've "earned" by staying exclusively with them. This reservation is for 5 nights in Cusco, Peru. As a Diamond member, it shows on my Hilton Honors app all the member benefits of being such member, one of these perks being that your 5th night stay is complimentary. Well, to make a long story short I was passed along numerous times and spoke to 7 different Hilton affiliates, between the Diamond desk (useless), front desk specialists at the hotel, and Customer Care representatives and not one person could rectify this issue for me. All I wanted was to use the benefits that I've earned to go towards my stay so that I could better leverage my resources to explore and enjoy a completely new country that I'm visiting. Looks like Diamond status isn't so fabulous. I'm anticipating making my hotel accommodations within the next week or so for the new year. My combined stays for the 2017 year will be roughly 4 months. Onwards to becoming a Platinum Elite member.
