++ The staff were warm, friendly, attentive, and always arranged. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. We also liked that the location was close enough to walk to everything, but felt remove from the chaos of the city centre. The property was quiet at all times of the day. — — Our room on the second floor was quite loud. If someone is talking in the lobby you can hear them. This made it more difficult to go to sleep at a time before 10 PM. Also, the shower in the bathroom would splash out and get the rest of the bathroom a little.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff was fantastic. There were all very hospitable, warm and friendly. This is destination that at the TOP of my list when I return and make recommendations to friends and family. It is perfectly situated on a hillside with a beautiful view of Cusco. The upper terrace was definitely a place to relax and unwind in the evening and early morning.

We stayed there for 3 nights. Amazing place, breakfast is great and the staff is so helpful so amicable. We loved this place and the view. There is always tea and oxygen if you need it. In addition is very close to the plaza de san blas and the main square plaza de armas. I would definitely stay there again once I visit cusco again.

Wonderful hotel. The staff are brilliant. So friendly and attentive. The rooms are quaint with warm water bottles in your bed at night — so cozy. The only downside is the rooms on the first and second floor are so close to the lobby that you hear all the noises in the morning of the guests rising and having breakfast. The bathrooms are a bit basic. Other than that a great stay.

Very nice hotel with beautiful views and nice staff. Place is in a very safe neighborhood, it is very high, so might be hard to get there by taxi, but they will get you there. Staff are super helpful and breakfast is very good. The place is a little cold, but they have heaters and blankets, so it is not a big deal.

This was the perfect hotel during our stay in Cusco. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were great and happy hour pisco was good. The view from the balcony was awesome. The location was perfect and they provide transportation from or to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel in Cusco.

Nice Restaurant, good food for our dishes. Breakfast good too, with omelet. Beautiful terrace in height. Personal cordials. Negative: Super Noisy room plus barking dogs in the street at night, not top.

Loved our stay here! Everyone on staff provided great personal service. Clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is located 15 minutes from the Plaza so it's in a very quiet part of town. We stayed here before and after our Inca Trail trek, and they had all our luggage in our respective rooms when we returned. Very impressive! Be sure to get one of the two balcony rooms if available as the views from the hotel are amazing! The only negative things are 1) the walls and doors are very thin and sounds travel thru the small hotel very easily, and 2) the food served at the downstairs restaurant is average for the price. But I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again because of these things.

Me veamos! Excellent care, the room are well modern and warm, very attentive at all time. Did me have an excellent stay while we were visiting the beautiful city of Cusco and Machu Pichu.

The neighborhood of San Blas is ancient and wonderful, and the views from the entrance, our room and rooftop terrace show the full expanse of the surrounding hills and central Cuzco, a sight which I’ve never seen the like in the USA or Europe. The hotel clerk named Arnold was charming and beyond helpful, going way out of his way to help us with just about everything. The hotel has a chef/restaurant and many services, including laundry service for a few dollars, which was ready in a few hours. Stayed here acclimating for 4 days in June 2012 prior to a 4-day Machu Picchu trek. The third floor room was small but adequate, very clean, plenty of hot water and we had a wonderful view of Cusco from our balcony. The fourth floor open deck also provided great views of the city. The staff was mostly bi-lingual (english/spanish) very courteous and helpful. Their small restaurent was very good. The hotel is located off the beaten path and requires a short walk (or taxi) to the central square (Plaza de Armes) with all it's shops and tourist attractions. Highly recommended.
