The hotel is very clean and has environmental care initiatives. The service is amazing from the hotel manager who was very friendly (we called him for many things to the room) to the grooming staff who always greeted us with a kind greeting and a smile. The hotel manager was the most HOSPITABLE person in the world, the day we visited Machu Picchu we had to leave at 5 in the morning and he offered us a buffet breakfast at 4:30 am (by God I did not think I would have breakfast that day, but they even offered me a buffet). I will definitely return to this hotel, I am a very demanding person with hotels (I have stayed even in 5 star hotels in the USA) and I assure you that this hotel is worth 100% staying.
