Spectacular a comfortable place services and attention of first beds super soft hot water breakfast buffet delicious When you choose very attentive staff and very sure of course I will return thanks a thousand to all the staff of Casablanca very satisfied.

A very poor service I stayed a day, there was no hot water during the day. I asked support staff on several occasions but the staff never gave me a solution. The next day, I remove in the morning because I had a turs and wanted to order my suitcase and the staff of this hotel, I replied that if I moved out to another hotel we vacate the room he needed, I remember that my output is still concluded at mid-day, but the very rude told me I needed the room, despite the fact that he had not done consumption of breakfast bufett to pay that was for three people. Worst of all is that this gentleman does not helped me to lose the suitcase I said that I could not because I was lonely. Lousy service was the worst experience that I had during my entire life.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful in all questions and problems that we brought to them. When we arrived, Wi-Fi was not working, but when we complained about it, they reset the router and it was not a problem anymore. We only faced two "problems": the hot water in the shower was not that hot in a few times, and we really needed hot water in the Cusco winter. The other problem is that when we came back late in the night to the hotel (after 10pm), we had to ring the bell so the staff could open the door for us, and sometimes we stayed for a long time (15min+) in the cold without them hearing us ringing.

The location is great it's not too far from the plaza de armas. They gave us alot of matte de coca for when your not feeling well from the altitude. The rooms are spacious and comfortable enough. The only downside may be the breakfast that is a bit slow but overall great hotel.

Staff was more than excellent and accommodating even as far as serving breakfast at our preferred time! Clean and comfortable.

Thanks Luna Family, it was a pleasure to stay with you when we were visiting Cusco, Peru… hope to repeat the experience soon… miss you guys!

Cozy place in the center of Cuzco, but their plus is the personalized attention that you provide. If I return to Cuzco I don't need to look for hotel, I will go directly to Hotel Casablanca.
