It was too cozy my stay, from the reception people everyone was very friendly, the room super comfortable and very clean, I loved that it had a hair dryer; the super rich and varied buffet; they even lent us umbrellas in case it rained, they put another blanket for the cold, and they wrapped my wooden chest so that it would not break. Super recommended, thank you and I hope to return🥰🥳🙋 ♀️.

The attention pesima, in March a week before the pandemic two friends and I made a payment for a room for 179 soles, but we could not travel because they closed the access. Today a year and a half later despite my constant claims, they are crazy, and they do not want to make me any return! If I do not use the room it is because the conference was canceled because they canceled the mass meetings! Terrible service! I demand the return of our money!

Nice hotel. It has hot water that helps the toilet in the cold Cajamarca. It is quiet, good rooms and the attention is nice. They are attentive to the guests.

The place is very comfortable, it is in front of the Bethlehem Church which is a place with excellent architecture on the walls and ceiling. In addition, the lodging fee includes free breakfast. They are very friendly people who even keep your suitcases when the lodge ends. The place of the hotel is a central point and close to various places to visit as the Mirador Santa Apollonia, the catacombs and various churches.

This hotel is excellent, I loved it and would come again without a doubt. The cleanliness of the whole hotel and the bathrooms is magnificent just like the attention you provide to the guests, this close to the Plaza de Arma of the city of Cajamarca, they provide a delicious breakfast, keeps you tidy the room and is nice inside and outside the hotel =)
