It has good atmosphere, very comfortable and also the food of the restaurant delicious. The rooms are comfortable and the style very well achieved.

Excellent! Actually the place made me feel like I was in some village in France.
The staff is very friendly.
The only point against it is that the restaurant opened at 7 o'clock when they said it opened at 6 o'clock and I was starving. But the food was very good.

A nice hotel that, in my opinion, is pretty familiar. It has a nice view and lots of green. It is spacious and has a small pool for the younger members of the family. The rooms are spacious, quiet, comfortable beds and hot water. The attention of the staff is friendly. The breakfast offering is a Buffet and is good, without being very varied. There is a restaurant to which one can approach to take lunch, dinner or what he wanted. The hotel is about 8 minutes from the main square by car, and about 25 minutes walk. Being to Chachapoyas, a small town, we can say that it is not central, without being far away. Sometimes it can be tricky to get out to the street to take a taxi, because usually busy, so the reception staff can always help you asking for one that will arrive in about 5 to 10 minutes. I highly recommend to go with the family.

Very beautiful landscape inside the Hotel, very space and lots of green area. The breakfast buffet also very good, I love the jam aguymanto. The staff is very helpful.

A very nice hotel in the Amazon Region and its capital city Chachapoyas. The very pretty town it was a shame that the authorities have not invested in tracks which are still unpaved and dirt.

What a great hotel! This was perfect for a short vacation, we spent there 4 nights and it was great. Hot water… great view… they have a very small pool… but during raining season you wont really jump in… plus is a 70cm deep pool… not even for kids to jump in haha… the bufett breakfast is so good… you'll find… scramble eggs, bread, yogurt, coffee, teas, milk, cold cuts, cookies, tamales and smoothies. So it was great. For lunch or diner if you decide to stay at the hotel, you will find a menu too. The best part for me at least… I didn't have internet in my room, will really let me disconnect from the world and have a peacefull time there. I will recomend this place a 100%

First time in Chachapoyas, Peru and absolutely loved my experience! Although, somewhat rustic, beautiful area. Will definitely be back!

I spent a night there. The Wifi was not reaching my bungalow, I had to approach reception to get internet. I found 4 spiders very large in the different rooms of the bungalow, when we report only was sent to the staff for cleaning, then retreated. It is friendly, and the scenery is very nice. However they should improve on those details.

It is supposed to be a quiet hotel in the countryside but there are 3 diesel electric generator for the entire city next door. Generator are working from 6am to 11pm. Enjoy the noise and smog. Unbearable. They just build a huge free popular housing complex next door. Enjoy the noise again and the security issues. This is out of their hand but still an issue for the customer. Rooms are basic but ok. Internet Service is useless. Service is the worst I experienced since Cuba. Unhelpfull and unfriendly staff using facebook on their cell phone ignoring you. There are no swiming pool just a fish tank. Avoid.

Nice place with lots of green spaces. Quite a walk from center of chachapoyas and not a great breakfast.
