I went for lunch today it turns out, that there was no variety of salads and the ones they had were full of raw purple onion, except rice all, there was no variety of desserts, the food options in rechaud or hot either.
The worst thing, after finishing lunch I went to the pool area intending to look at the place and have drinks because there was a bar and also to find out for the other weekend the costs of stay. I travel often for a walk and do internal tourism and stay two or three nights. When I sat in the area, I was approached by a person who was at the bar and tells me to remove myself from the place and that I could not ask for anything to consume, because I was not a guest. And I get out of there. Good thing I had just had lunch there and paid for the consumption that said it was by the way I did not fill the expectations, eat everything and walk home already is the subject there. Zero in customer service. Never again.

Everything exceeded our expectations! Impeccable facilities and the food extraordinary. The staff is super nice, take special care with the children and the facilities are intended for the enjoyment integral of entire families. Happy to know that we have a hotel so complete in our country!

Habitación: cama súper cómoda, ambiente acogedor, escritorio, sillón y un balcón con vista a los árboles, baño completo con bidet (cosa que aprecio bastante) tenían pequeños envases con Shampu, Acondicionador, crema para manos, tohallas limpias Instalaciones: un quincho central con piscina que lastimosamente no pudimos utilizar debido al clima frío y llovizna que hubo, pero igual muy hermoso a la vista, tenían campanas tubulares que sonaban con el viento, daban un buen ambiente para meditar, así como con el sonido del agua de la piscina y pequeñas fuentes tipo feng Shui por el corredor, lindo detalle No noté en ningún momento el sonido del tráfico de la ruta durante mi estadía Parque: aunque es un buen detalle tener una zona arbolada para caminar o andar en bicicleta, la encontré muy descuidada y además de muchas edificaciones en ruinas, quizás de antiguos propietarios, deberían demolerlas todas y arreglar el sendero, tampoco se encuentra señalizado Wi-Fi: si bien llegaba a mi habitación 403, lo hacía con muy poca señal, deberían agregar routers en la zona para que alcance Concuerdo como muchos huéspedes que hicieron reviews que el desayuno, si bien estuvo bueno, podría haber sido mejor.

Pasamos semana santa con la familia en este lugar y tuvimos una experiencia completamente satisfactoria. La atención es excepcional ya que proviene de gente que esta dispuesta a contribuir positivamente con la experiencia en el hotel; puede notarse fácilmente que el personal es competente. Las habitaciones son muy agradables, la unidad en la que yo mismo me hospede contaba con un balcón muy agradable para relajarse. El area de la piscina cuenta con un bar que, en momentos, puede sufrir en el area de atención debido a la falta de personal aunque esto no impacto muy negativamente mi percepción del hotel. Como anécdota, uno de los días que fuimos para almorzar al restaurante sorprendimos a nuestro mozo con un pedido inusual el cual no dudo en hacer posible, le habíamos pedido prestado una parrilla para asar un Pacu a la noche. Cuando volvimos para preparar el pescado nos encontramos con una mesa preparada especialmente para nosotros en la terraza del restaurante y la parrilla e utensilios listos para usarse, nos dejaron usar sus ingredientes, nos prepararon una salsa especial para el pescado y también los acompañamientos. Realmente no puedo dejar de recomendar el lugar para ir a conocer, nose si muchos días pero al menos un fin de semana.

The place is very quiet and cute. Lots of trees and places to go. The beds are super comfortable and big.

The hotel is beautiful, the attention very nice, the pool spotless, all very nice and clean! But what mania with the regetón? All the holy day, including in the restaurant put only regetón! I came to relax and left more stressed out! Should you put something more neutral, or just anything! It is a place so fine, and with that music killed it all…

You can just go to lunch and by the way take a walk around the hotel that has so many nice and comfortable places to hang out, there are also places that keep a little history and the past of the hotel and there is also a very nice nursery.

This is a great hotel in Caacupe, Paraguay. We spend three nights there and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
