Hotel was neat & tidy, value for money Easy access to the near by bus station and restaurants Overall a good experience.

Been here twice. Accommodation is very affordable. Plus the hotel staff is excellent & cordial. Good places to visit nearby are Vachas Hypermart and few good outlets around like Subways, etc. Main tourist spots are almost half hour away. Nearest tourist attraction is Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, which is a good place to visit. Overall for Muscat, will visit again.

The staffs were supportive. I'd recommend for a cheaper hotel with good indian food for anyone who travel for business or pleasure.

First if all, there's only one elevator for customers for more than 7 floors (you can imagine the wait during peak periods) ; secondly, the rooms have no drinking water at all, only one little piece of soap (no shampoo, no cream, etc) ; housekeeping is almost too bad to believe… It's worse in the lobby; the towels and sheets are very old; the Wi-Fi is disconnected more times than connected; one really strange thing… The bathroom window of some rooms opens up into the balcony of another room (you can only imagine how that could feel). For the price though, I guess a little flaws can be expected. But this is really overboard. This place is only good for hoppers, who just want to sleep for a day, and of course, who have all their toiletries in their travel bags.

The hotel is near to the airport. The Place to visit Muscat City only by car. We were 8 persons (4 adults and 4 children) and the assigned apartment was big with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. We had the breakfast in the room and it was fine.
But They didn't clean our room neither the table with the breakfast leftovers.

The add said city view excellent Wi-Fi and mini bar in room. My view was a big wall the Wi-Fi cut out every ten minutes and there was no mini bar just an empty fridge. I ordered room service for breakfast which never came and I received a call from reception to tell me my driver had arrived to take me to the airport only to find that he had gone again to the petrol station and left me standing there for 20 minutes waiting for him. Not good at all.

Bellow average service. The forniture need to be changed. The beds and blankets are very old.

Very bad reputation hotel. Not recommanded for families.

This place is shady. When you pull up to it tou will want to go somewhere else. I would not visit again.

Stay was ok, hotel is near airport and good for a short stay No room Service and also rest not very helpfull personal.
