Very good hotel in muscat city.

One of the worst buffets and food and service I have ever had in my life. Being in the hospitality industry I recommend no one to try their food. The service guy was so rude terrible. A Thai buffet and all the currys were sweet. I would never ever eat here again.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed here in Oman. The staff was extremely friendly, and very flexible (appreciate this! ) and the girl from the reception I think her name is Michelle if am not mistaken, deserves a special thanks. She is so diligent, resourceful and have empathy. We need this kind of people in the industry. The hotel atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here, a true sample of excellent hospitality!

You should try Shisha in Akdeniz in ground floor, the best Shisha in Muscat.

I would recommend Centara Muscat is the most high — stardard service which is impressive and memorable experience, especially SPA Cenvaree, the best wellness and relaxing spa therapy.

Friendly and helpful staff make the stay well worth it. Comfortable room, very clean. Great spa!

Definitely enjoyed my stay. The rooms are brand new and super clean with great Wi-Fi speed. The staff were all friendly and welcoming with the exception of one guy at the reception who was always standoffish and a bit rude. However, the other staff make up for it and are very attentive.

We had my nephew’s 1st Birthday today at the Hotel ballroom. It should be a memorable Day. But unfortunately the banquet Manager ruined everything, as she decided to rise her voice to us in front of our guests, for a misunderstanding between her and her staff. This should be categorized as the worst Hotel in Muscat. That Manager should know how to treat customers. The Hotel Managment should consider her position. After we complained, she couldn’t even have the nerve to apologize to us, she made someone else do her Job.
She should be a Manager somewhere where no Customers will be involved.

We arrived in the morning after a night flight. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and told us to wait at the pool area until our room was ready. We got our room before noon which was very good and very nice! The food in the restaurant is very delicious and has good selection for the breakfast buffet. (Western, Oriental and even Asian food) The staff very friendly, helpful and attentively. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. The only not so positive thing is the location of the hotel. It's in a neighborhood which seems to be in construction. There are not many people around, and lots of empty houses, so it seems at least. Because of this, there is not much to do directly around the hotel. (The big mosque would be 30-40 mins away by foot, but we couldn't walk there, because of the heat) It was e very pleasant stay. We can recommend this hotel very much.

Good property, not far from the airport. Good location to the Grand mosque and a few other tourist attraction however It is best suited for families as it is dead (I mean quiet) at night. Polite staff, clean facilities, good choice of restaurants and a great Spa!

Damn good hotel, very good interiors and lighting, courteous staff and spacious rooms. Food is decent, I tried the buffet in the banquet hall, no idea about the other restraunts in centara. Will definitely visit again. Beautiful hotel.

Good hotel, nice ambiance, we went for buffet breakfast, not so great, no much of varieties but not bad.

One of the best places in Muscat to stay in. It's clean, the price is reasonable compare to the market, there is parking space in front of the hotel free of charge. There are many grocery stores near by. Only one thing there's no view. Your like will encourage me to write more reviews.

From Australia and yes I would recommend that if you are traveling and have a stopover stay here rooms are very clean food was tops (I should know im a chef) staff and service was A1 value for money up there with the best keep up the good work Centara muscat.

Great hotel. Friendly staff members, good spacious room even for a single room. Equipped shower. The room service is great, the swimming pool is satisfying along with kids swimming pool. The fitness center is well equipped and very clean.

Pretty new hotel. A little outside, but no problem with a car. Nice little pool on the rooftop. Very quiet, although construction is going on all over the place. Great service and friendly staff. Spacious rooms with huge comfy beds. Reasonable prices. Good place to acclimate for a hot Oman trip or to discover the city.

Excellent evening buffet in the Akdeniz restaurant during our stay. It was a small quiet buffet but all was fresh and appealing. It catered well for my gluten free choices too. Good value and very convenient while staying here.

Very nice hotel, clean and beautiful, the staff are so friendly, going out of their way to entertain my kids and very quick to help. A gem of good customer service in a city where it's not always the case. Would definitely stay again.
