Ok hotel. Good service, but did not like it too much. Needs some refurbishing. Good price though.

Rooms are like ship rooms. Bathrooms are so little. Nota recomended.

This was a difficult one to evaluate. We can start with the good part of our stay. The position of the hotel is very good, situated in the centrum of the Oslo very close to the central station so it is easy to find and move around from here. The breakfast was very good, but we noticed the last two days when there were less people staying that some of the cookies tasted worse, so we suppose that they were reused from the afternoon tea the day before. The room was spacious with an own little room for our daughter. The personnel were in principle always smiling, joking with the guests, asking what they could help with and answered any question with a smile and a solution to our problems. They were fantastic! Then there is the less positive part of our stay. We start with the parking. The only available solution if you are traveling by car is to leave the car in a carpark not so far away that is very expensive even with the hotel discount. On the homepage seems like there are parking possibilities on the street but it isn’t really true (at least as I understand that). So, if you can, leave the care at home. The dinner included in the hotel price was one of the reasons we decided to stay here. Unfortunately, during our stay (4 nights) there wasn’t any very good dinner. All the dishes proposed were very spicy (hot) and for that reason we could not eat them. We had also more or less the same menu 2 times in 4 days. So, avoid if you have kids or don’t eat spicy food.

A nice hotel placed in the heart of Oslo. Very friendly and serviceminded staff. Good food and drinkselection during meals. 2 blocks away from Karl Johan street and the main trainstation.

Receptive, helpful, friendly workers all around. Rooms typical of Europe and smartly design except for the bathroom is way to small though can hardly get in and out.

Super cosy hotel with great customer service! It made it more special with kind and really warm gesture from hotel staff member Gladys, when he brought special food for our son when he saw us struggling to find something in the hotel buffet.

Great city hotel with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was good, afternoon snack was also good only it took a long time for everyone to turn up, dinner was very interesting times what else you have to be open to new things.

This is not a good hotel. The staff try hard but the rooms are dirty and the catering is poor.

Love this hotel the receptionist is friendly and the hotel offers free food from breakfast lunch to dinner. Simply amazing deal.

Had a short stay in Oslo for meeting reasons. Therefore the hotel was booked. Had a double room in the 7th floor. The room is really nice, small, but really nice. The bathroom is also good equipped with a bathtub. TV: only Nordic — some English channels. A small cupboard containing a fridge is also in the room. And the hotel is located very central.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Nice comfortable clean rooms with free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was included during our stay and all the food tastes great.

Despite finding someone else's nail (gross! ) and some hair the room was clean. Breakfasts and dinners quite ok. Very good location.

Great location, with good amenities. Really close to the train station and the harbour for the museums and fjord cruises. The booking we made included; breakfast, afternoon pancakes and dinner. The staff were all really helpful and accomidating — we made it back late one night and missed dinner but the chief went out of his way to prepare us some food. There is also a coffee machine where you can get coffee 24hrs a day. The rooms were nice but didn't seem to have air conditioners — we were there in summer but didn't spend heaps of time in the room. The shower was a bit small and tight as I am tall but we managed. All in all highly recommended.

Very, very nice customer service. People are very help full. It's 500m from the ferry, Central Station and the Oslo Opera. Not the nicest neibourhood but well located.

I always enjoy Clarion hotels and I wasn't disappointed this time either. Good average breakfast and evening meal with several warm choices, tea and coffee facilities 24h. The staff is very lovely and helpful and the room was very nice, clean and comfy. It's around 5 min walk from the city center but still in a quiet position, I'll definitely come back.

Very conveniently located hotel. They're part of a chain with competition even closer to the train station so they focus instead on service and free food, including breakfast, "tea" and dinner. Recommended, especially if you can get a deal.

Small rooms and bathrooms. Common areas are pleasant. Breakfast is passable, but not great. Gym is basically some cardio machines and a few free weights. Location is fairly central, although not the best part of town.

Small rooms, unless you booked a suite. The staff though, is very friendly. Meals + a fireplace make for a lovely combination.

Located just steps from the train station to the bus terminal and city center. The hotel is a 3 star category and it is really very nice and clean.

I really liked the Hotel. Nice rooms, nice service, great and comfy hotel with very nice place to have the breakfast, which is good enough and next to the heart of Oslo.

This hotel is very close to the railway Centre and staff is unique since they speak all idimas for different cultures that can be found here, I recommend you to visit us.

This hotel is close to Oslo central station, which is nice when you arrive with all your luggage etc. However be aware, the hotel is situated in a red light district street. But do not let that scare you away. Only in the dead of the night is this slightly intimidating, but not dangerous. The hotel itself is superb. Quite luxurious breakfast, waffles in the afternoon (selfservice) and a light salad/bread in the evening. If you want to save some money (and you do in Oslo) it is great! You can get enough food at the hotel and suffice yourself in the afternoon with sandwiches etc. There is a jacuzzi and sauna, nice after a day of hiking. Not all the deskclercks are superfriendly but most are and very helpfull. Good choice.
