My favorite hotel in Oslo, really nice staff, beautiful rooms and a cosy feeling!

We had a wonderful stay here. This hotel is ideally located for shopping, sailing to Bygdøy and dining at lovely nearby restaurants. We would return in a heartbeat.

Location, breakfast, comfartable beds, quite large rooms are excellent futures. Car parking is a misery, don’t come to this hotel with car. No vale service, park is very expensive 400 kron a day or 90 kron per hour and far away from hotel.

The best showers in Europe along with comfy beds, Breakfasts fit for kings and Queens & very helpful staff.

Nice location and nice Italian restaurant. Inconvenient is that all f&b outlets are sub-rented and you can not charge to the room. If you are staying once they close the bar you have no area to be with your friends or colleagues.

Very good location. Very nice breakfast. Did not like that you have to pay to get your room before 15:00. I would expect that if the room is ready you could go in and if not, you needed to wait until 15:00. No need to take money for everything!

Lovely boutique hotel in central Oslo. Very conveniently located next to the national theatre metro stop. Rooms comfortable and well equipped. Staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. Coul.

Gorgeous hotel with an amazing restaurant and bar area right in the heart of Oslo. The restaurant specializes in pizza and is quite elegant. It's definitely worth a try.

Great location very easy to get here from airport, close to transport links around the town. Clean hotel, staff was very friendly and breakfast choices were amazing. They also have nice bar downstairs and good pizza. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful building in a great location. My room was large, and nicely appointed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet, and was the normal mix of items — absolutely fine. I will definitely stay here again if I come to Oslo.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and nice. We were on the 6th floor, but our view from the window was only more of the building as we were on the inside back of the hotel. I assume the views from the front would be amazing looking at the park. The restaurant had good pizza, and the breakfast was amazing. It is very near the train station and the fjord bay. The shopping center and park outside of the hotel are both wonderful, and access to landmarks and tourism sites are convenient.

A nice hotel with a perfect location. Breakfast the Best you can get in Oslo. Avoid singlerooms, dark and narrow. At Christmas it's so cosy just outside the hotel, worth a visit.

Well, the breakfast offering was good. As for the rest of the stay, I found the experience at the Hotel Christiana to be barely tolerable. I chose the hotel based on online reviews, but those travelers must have had different rooms or had business in the area. Let’s start with the location itself. The hotel exterior is fine, but the location is well away from sights that a leisure visitor to Oslo might want to see. Fortunately, the hotel is close to the local stop (Nationalthearet) for tram and train lines, so visitors who can navigate the relatively easy transportation system can get to sights and decent restaurants. That said, the National Gallery is within easy walking distance. The restaurants near the hotel are mediocre, at best. The restaurant in the hotel is terrific for breakfast, but serves mediocre pizza for dinner. I realize that the hotel is converted from a older building, but the lobby is very cramped, so if more than one party arrives to check in, the space is overrun with luggage. There are three steps up to the elevator, which makes it difficult for nearly everyone to maneuver their luggage to the lift upon arrival or departure. We were assigned a room on the seventh floor, which required we get off the elevator at the sixth floor (it doesn’t go to the seventh), wind our way around the hallways, drag our luggage down three steps, go down another hallway, carry our luggage up a flight of stairs, and find our way to the room.

Fantastic place for a getaway in Oslo, the best location, best breakfast, most confortable beds and large shower. Fresh design and clean rooms. Its worth it even if you live close to Oslo. Forget the taxi, stay here instead.

Really nice hotel with a beautiful atmosphere, cozy rooms, super service from the happy staff and one of the best breakfastes I have ever had! I highly recommend it.

Great place for after work or just have a evening drink with light but great food. Trying the pizza is a must. If you stay at the hotel you will enjoy the breakfast, one of the best in the city. The staff is there for you and super friendly.

Attended a wedding at Hotel Christiania Teater. Superb location and veny cosy venue. The only thing I have to comment is that this place has a lot of stairs and no elevator.
